Call-Back While Not on Stand-By. Premium pay for call-back applies only to those hours worked prior to the unit members next regularly scheduled shift. Unit members called back to work shall be paid a 20% differential and shall be guaranteed 4 hours work or pay. Any unit member may decline call-back while not on stand-by.

Call-Back While Not on Stand-By. A. Call-Back for Unit I (CLS) Bargaining unit members not on stand-by who are called back shall receive two (2) times the straight time hourly rate for all time actually worked if called with less than two (2) hours’ notice.
Call-Back While Not on Stand-By. A. Premium Pay. Regular full-time and part-time Technologists not on stand-by who are called back to work after having left the facility will be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours work or four (4) hours pay. Pay in lieu of work shall be at the straight time hourly rate. Pay for time actually worked shall be at the rate of two (2) times the straight time hourly rate. A notice of at least twenty-four hours will not qualify for premium pay.
