Common use of Call Schedules Clause in Contracts

Call Schedules. The call schedules and schedule of assignments will be made available to and reviewed by the Resident via E*Value or other Residency Management System. Changes to these schedules will be available in the Program Director’s office, as necessary. These schedules will be consistent with program specific and institutional requirements. If a scheduled duty assignment is inconsistent with this Agreement or the Duty Hours Policy, the Resident shall bring the inconsistency first to the attention of the Program Director for reconciliation or cure. If the Program Director does not reconcile or cure the inconsistency, it shall be the obligation of the Resident to notify the Office of Graduate Medical Education, who shall inform the Executive Associate Xxxx for Graduate Medical Education (Designated Institutional Officer) and the Chief Medical Officer, who shall take the necessary steps to reconcile or cure the raised inconsistency.
