Camp Facility Grievances and Complaints. Complaints, if any, regarding any service performed by the catering contractor should, in the first instance, be referred to the camp facility manager. If a satisfactory conclusion is not reached, the matter goes to the Employer. Any differences respecting camp facility accommodations or meals, or other matter arising out of the ACC, shall be resolved expeditiously in accordance with procedures set out in the ACC which each resident will be required to sign prior to allocation of a room.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible.
