Campus Use. All school buildings are closed to students after 5:30 pm on school days, unless under the direct supervision of an adult or teacher and all students should vacate the school campus by 5:30 pm unless supervised by a member of faculty. All visitors to the campus are expected to sign in and sign out at the entrance gate on weekends and after 5:30 pm on a school day and must wear a visitor’s badge. If parents and local organizations would like to make use of the AISCT campus outside of school hours, this may be possible if it does not interfere with the regular running of the school program. All requests of this nature must be presented in writing to the Head of School and / or Estate Manager. Facility hire costs may be incurred. CHEWING GUM Chewing gum is not allowed on the AISCT campus, unless otherwise specified for a student learning need.

Campus Use. Archive and make copies of the Speech for educational purposes—namely, for reproducing, performing, distributing, or displaying the address in a classroom, library, or other academic purpose. The Speech. Speaker shall provide to BYU the Speech as described in Section 1.3 in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Fee and Payment. As consideration for the Speech, BYU shall issue payment of the Fee set forth in Section 1.3, within thirty days after Speaker’s presentation of an acceptable invoice to BYU. Speaker’s invoice must be addressed to BYU’s Primary Contact (see above) and include (a) the BYU purchase order number assigned to this Agreement; and (b) Speaker’s address for payment purposes. Inspection and Acceptance of the Speech. Speaker generally has sole responsibility to direct and control performance of the Speech, and performance of the Speech is dependent upon Speaker’s unique and specialized skills. However, the Speech must meet the final approval of BYU, and upon BYU’s reasonable request, the Speech is subject to BYU’s general right of inspection prior to the Speech. Relationship of the Parties. The parties are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement may be deemed to establish a joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. Neither party has the right or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of the other. If Speaker no longer meets the designation of independent contractor, BYU may immediately terminate this Agreement without cause.
Campus Use. 3.10.1 Lessee may use other campus facilities and services including, but not limited to, cafeteria, library, computer rooms, teleconferencing, conference and classrooms subject to college policies, procedures, rules and regulations and any associated fees.

  • Property Use The Property shall be used only for industrial, warehouse and office purposes, and for no other use without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender's sole and absolute discretion.

  • Licensor’s Use Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Licensor, its affiliates, or any of its respective successors or assigns from using or permitting other entities to use the Licensed Name whether or not such entity directly or indirectly competes or conflicts with the Licensee’s business in any manner.

  • Possession and Use Contractor may possess, use and reproduce Confidential Information solely for the Purpose. Contractor shall not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose.

  • License; Use Upon delivery to an Authorized Person or a person reasonably believed by Custodian to be an Authorized Person of the Fund of software enabling the Fund to obtain access to the System (the “Software”), Custodian grants to the Fund a personal, nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use the Software solely for the purpose of transmitting Written Instructions, receiving reports, making inquiries or otherwise communicating with Custodian in connection with the Account(s). The Fund shall use the Software solely for its own internal and proper business purposes and not in the operation of a service bureau. Except as set forth herein, no license or right of any kind is granted to the Fund with respect to the Software. The Fund acknowledges that Custodian and its suppliers retain and have title and exclusive proprietary rights to the Software, including any trade secrets or other ideas, concepts, know-how, methodologies, or information incorporated therein and the exclusive rights to any copyrights, trademarks and patents (including registrations and applications for registration of either), or other statutory or legal protections available in respect thereof. The Fund further acknowledges that all or a part of the Software may be copyrighted or trademarked (or a registration or claim made therefor) by Custodian or its suppliers. The Fund shall not take any action with respect tot the Software inconsistent with the foregoing acknowledgement, nor shall the Fund attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or modify the Software. The Fund may not xxx, sell, lease or provide, directly or indirectly, any of the Software of any portion thereof to any other person or entity without Custodian’s prior written consent. The Fund may not remove any statutory copyright notice or other notice included in the Software or on any media containing the Software. The Fund shall reproduce any such notice on any reproduction of the Software and shall add any statutory copyright notice or other notice to the Software or media upon Custodian’s request.

  • Operation and Use So long as the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine is subject to the Lien of this Trust Indenture, the Owner shall not operate, use or locate the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, or allow the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to be operated, used or located, (i) in any area excluded from coverage by any insurance required by the terms of Section 4.06, except in the case of a requisition by the U.S. Government where the Owner obtains indemnity in lieu of such insurance from the U.S. Government, or insurance from the U.S. Government, against substantially the same risks and for at least the amounts of the insurance required by Section 4.06 covering such area, or (ii) in any recognized area of hostilities unless covered in accordance with Section 4.06 by war risk insurance, or in either case unless the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine is only temporarily operated, used or located in such area as a result of an emergency, equipment malfunction, navigational error, hijacking, weather condition or other similar unforeseen circumstance, so long as Owner diligently and in good faith proceeds to remove the Aircraft from such area. So long as the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine is subject to the Lien of this Trust Indenture, the Owner shall not permit such Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, as the case may be, to be used, operated, maintained, serviced, repaired or overhauled (x) in violation of any Law binding on or applicable to such Aircraft, Airframe or Engine or (y) in violation of any airworthiness certificate, license or registration of any Government Entity relating to the Aircraft, the Airframe or any Engine, except (i) immaterial or non-recurring violations with respect to which corrective measures are taken promptly by Owner or Permitted Lessee, as the case may be, upon discovery thereof, or (ii) to the extent the validity or application of any such Law or requirement relating to any such certificate, license or registration is being contested in good faith by Owner or Permitted Lessee in any reasonable manner which does not involve any material risk of the sale, forfeiture or loss of the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine, any material risk of criminal liability or material civil penalty against Mortgagee or impair the Mortgagee's security interest in the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine.

  • Intended Use (a) The residential units in the Facility are allocated as follows (“Intended Use”):

  • Landlord’s Rights Regarding Use In addition to the rights specified elsewhere in this Lease, Landlord shall have the following rights regarding the use of the Leased Premises or the Common Areas, each of which may be exercised without notice or liability to Tenant except as herein provided to the contrary: (a) if Tenant or a Permitted Transferee does not lease one hundred percent (100%) of the Building, Landlord may install such signs, advertisements or notices or tenant identification information on the directory board or tenant access doors as it shall deem necessary or proper; provided the same does not materially interfere with access to the Leased Premises; (b) if Tenant or a Permitted Transferee does not lease one hundred percent (100%) of the Building, Landlord shall have the right at any time to control, change but not materially diminish or otherwise alter the Common Areas in such manner as it reasonably deems necessary; (c) Landlord, its employees and agents and any mortgagee of the Building shall have the right to enter any part of the Leased Premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice and with the presence of a Tenant representative (except in the case of an emergency) for the purposes of examining or inspecting the same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants and making such repairs, alterations or improvements to the Leased Premises or the Building as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable. Landlord shall incur no liability to Tenant for such entry, nor shall such entry constitute an eviction of Tenant or a termination of this Lease, or entitle Tenant to any abatement of rent therefor; providing Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Tenant's use of the Leased Premises in the exercise of its rights hereunder. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Landlord hereby acknowledges that Tenant maintains sensitive material within the Leased Premises and in the event Landlord, its employees and/or agents enter the Leased Premises (subject to the notice and presence of a Tenant representative to the extent required in the prior sentence), such individuals shall endeavor to exercise due care in maintaining the security of the Leased Premises and, if such entry is after normal working hours, shall secure the Leased Premises following such entry.
