The CAMPUS VISITATION clause establishes the terms under which individuals or groups may access and visit a campus. CAMPUS VISITATION. All guests must be signed-in at the Summer Discovery office within the dormitory. Any guest entering the building must have a picture ID and must sign-in at both the Residence Hall desk and the Summer Discovery office. Students who are not enrolled in WGYP may not stay overnight in the residence hall. Guests must abide by all Summer Discovery and University regulations and are the responsibility of the student who signs them in. Guests/students who are not enrolled in WGYP are permitted only on the ground floor common areas. This includes visiting parents, friends, family, teaching assistants (TAs), and other students not enrolled in WGYP. Guests are not permitted in student rooms or above the ground floor. Off-campus overnight stays are not permitted. Students are not permitted in any private residence on or off-campus, fraternity or sorority house, or university residence hall building except for the one(s) occupied by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Summer Discovery students. Students are required to attend RC group meetings twice a week to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a sense of communication and community. Resident Counselors lead group meetings to check-in with students, assess progress and challenges, and to discuss upcoming events and activities.
CAMPUS VISITATION. SDAE/AFT representatives shall have the right to enter onto all Continuing Education campuses in the District to discuss SDAE/AFT business with Continuing Education Division employees. Conferences or meetings with groups or individual unit members, should they become necessary or desirable, shall be scheduled so as not to interfere with classes or disrupt normal school functions, including the performance of any employee's regular duties.
