Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. (Client’s Initials) The Studio For Change requires 24 hour notice for any non- emergency cancelled appointments. Therapy appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Any same day, non-emergency cancelations or no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. For such purposes we require a credit card number on file.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy a. After submitting a contract, my chapter has a 48-hour window to cancel or modify the booking without incurring any charges. Beyond this initial grace period, cancellation fees will apply. This policy is applicable to both in-person and virtual events.
b. Should my chapter choose to reschedule or cancel the training after the initial 48-hour grace period, my chapter agrees to cover any expenses already incurred, including the facilitator's booking, facilitator travel expenses, venue reservations, and related costs.
c. For all in-person and virtual trainings, a cancellation fee of $1500 will be imposed for cancellations made within 14 days or fewer before the scheduled training date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. If the patient does not appear on time or failed to keep the scheduled appointment time as agreed, a non refundable charge of $500.00 will be applied. If the procedure is cancelled due to patient not following the fasting, eating or drinking restrictions, A nonrefundable charge of $500.00 will be applied. Rescheduling due to unexpected illness or family emergency may require a physician/pediatrician clearance. The $500.00 fee will be credited (but NOT refunded) toward your next available appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. The cancellation or rescheduling of surgery before thirty (30) days will result in no additional penalty. Once a surgical date is booked, any subsequent cancellations or alterations of the date within thirty (30) days of the scheduled surgery date will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal to the deposit amount. Cancellations or alterations of the date within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled surgery date will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the associated cosmetic fees paid. Cancellations or alterations of the date within 72 hours of the scheduled surgery date will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee equal 50% of the associated cosmetic fees paid. Appeals made to the above policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Xx. Xxxxxx and the associated medical staff and administration (office, surgery center, hospital, etc.)
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. All sessions are billed on a pre-pay basis and arranged with scheduled appointment times. In order for effective use of time, clients are asked to give 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This means a cancellation, or attempt at rescheduling, of a session should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by emailing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx and/or directly contacting the trainer with whom you are scheduled. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes to your scheduling needs, please know that we operate by appointment only. Due to previously scheduled appointments and availabilities on our calendars, PHYSICALLY FITCH, LLC is not responsible for any missed appointments due to a client's request to cancel or reschedule a previously agreed upon appointment. Personal training sessions cancelled, or unsuccessfully rescheduled, inside of 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate of a single session and deducted from your remaining sessions. If you are more than 30 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be billed at the normal rate of a single session. I am aware that this investment is a session commitment. All prepaid sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. To guarantee safety, we request that all clients do not use any potentially dangerous stimulants like “diet” or “fat burning” pills of any kind.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Despite the best intentions, we understand that unforeseen events can arise, so please let us know immediately! You may opt to reschedule your Private Party with 7+ days advance notice at no charge. After this grace period, a $50 Reschedule Fee will be required to process your reschedule request.

In ordinary circumstances (apart from Covid-19), to avoid a cancellation fee, 24 hours notice is appreciated, to assist with my schedules/planning and in case the session can be offered to another client in need. Please communicate via text or phone call, as soon as you are aware that you need to reschedule or will be unable to attend your session. In order to adhere to Covid-19 safety measures, if you become unwell within 24 hours of your session, please stay home and communicate with me ASAP whether you need to cancel or would like to change to a Tele-counselling session. To avoid a cancellation fee, a minimum of 2 hours notice is appreciated where possible and, if switching to an on-line session, pre-payment will be required. Likewise, if I am experiencing concerning symptoms which are mild in nature, I will offer Tele-counselling sessions for your protection.

b. If the chapter decides to reschedule or cancel the training after the 48-hour grace period, the chapter agrees to absorb any associated expenses already incurred. The chapter may be responsible for any travel costs incurred. Facilitators are encouraged to get a refund for the booked travel, but it is not guaranteed.
c. A US$1,000 cancellation fee will be charged as part of the expenses for all cancellations made 14 or fewer days before the training date.

If Delicious Discoveries must cancel or reschedule your tour, you will be notified by email and offered an alternative date or a gift certificate valid for a future tour. With the purchase of Experience Cancellation Insurance ($9 per participant), you may cancel up to 3 hours before a regularly scheduled group tour. Cancellation requests must be emailed to xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx to be valid. This allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund or reschedule to another date. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Delicious Discoveries reserves the right to cancel a tour up to 24 hours in advance. In this case, you will be notified by email and may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.

In the event the HOST needs to cancel the RWP event, they shall notify PRESENTER with as much notice as possible, and the $250 deposit shall be retained to cover associated costs with Wisdom Works/Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, and will be applied towards a reschedule date. Should the HOST be unable to facilitate a reschedule date within a reasonable timeframe, the HOST shall forfeit the full deposit. It shall be the responsibility of the HOST to arrange a reschedule date, and to inform PRESENTER of such date. It will be the responsibility of the PRESENTER to inform Wisdom Works of any reschedule dates. If PRESENTER needs to cancel, he/she will notify the HOST with as much notice as possible, and make every attempt to be available for reschedule date within a reasonable timeframe, and/or assist in arranging for an alternate RWP presenter (where applicable). Full deposit shall be returned to HOST.
