Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. (Client’s Initials) The Studio For Change requires 24 hour notice for any non- emergency cancelled appointments. Therapy appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. Any same day, non-emergency cancelations or no call, no shows are subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00. For such purposes we require a credit card number on file.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy a. Once a contract is submitted, the chapter has 48 hours from the time the contract was submitted to cancel or change the booking. After 48 hours, cancellation fees apply.

In the event the HOST needs to cancel the RWP event, they shall notify PRESENTER with as much notice as possible, and the $250 deposit shall be retained to cover associated costs with Wisdom Works/Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, and will be applied towards a reschedule date. Should the HOST be unable to facilitate a reschedule date within a reasonable timeframe, the HOST shall forfeit the full deposit. It shall be the responsibility of the HOST to arrange a reschedule date, and to inform PRESENTER of such date. It will be the responsibility of the PRESENTER to inform Wisdom Works of any reschedule dates. If PRESENTER needs to cancel, he/she will notify the HOST with as much notice as possible, and make every attempt to be available for reschedule date within a reasonable timeframe, and/or assist in arranging for an alternate RWP presenter (where applicable). Full deposit shall be returned to HOST.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Due to the custom nature of all our classes, no refunds will be issued for reservations. However, if you cancel with at least one week notice your payment will be turned into a credit that can be used for a future class within 90 days. Seats are transferable, but please notify us at least 3 hours prior to a class with the name change. Damages: The PATRON assumes full responsibility for any damages to the location, equipment, patrons, or VU personnel due to negligence, including such caused by any vendor contracted by the PATRON to be on the premises (caterer, DJ, etc.).

CUSTOMER agrees that CUSTOMER’s cancellation or rescheduling of this engagement may cause BCN to incur non-refundable travel expenses and other costs. Once an engagement date is confirmed, BCN requires ten (10) business days prior notice of any scheduling changes, failing which CUSTOMER shall reimburse BCN for any non-reimbursable travel and accommodation expenses. If BCN is unable to re-deploy affected staff to alternative paying engagements despite commercially reasonable efforts, CUSTOMER agrees to pay an amount equal to the lesser of the length of the engagement or 1 week of services. Bookings that require to be rescheduled or cancelled must be done so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, excluding weekends (Monday Appointments will require notice by Friday at the latest) either via phone or online (emailing / text messages are not accepted). If cancellation occurs on more than one occasion, the clinic may request a $50 non-refundable deposit for the next booking made.

In ordinary circumstances (apart from Covid-19), to avoid a cancellation fee, 24 hours notice is appreciated, to assist with my schedules/planning and in case the session can be offered to another client in need. Please communicate via text or phone call, as soon as you are aware that you need to reschedule or will be unable to attend your session. In order to adhere to Covid-19 safety measures, if you become unwell within 24 hours of your session, please stay home and communicate with me ASAP whether you need to cancel or would like to change to a Tele-counselling session. To avoid a cancellation fee, a minimum of 2 hours notice is appreciated where possible and, if switching to an on-line session, pre-payment will be required. Likewise, if I am experiencing concerning symptoms which are mild in nature, I will offer Tele-counselling sessions for your protection.
