Scheduling Changes. The provisions of Schedule 5 shall apply to any changes to the FOB ADP or the FOB Ninety Day Schedule relating to each Diverted Cargo.

An employee whose previously approved vacation has been changed due to a critical operational necessity shall have the right, prior to filing a formal grievance pursuant to Article VIII, 1.1, to meet with the employee’s appropriate administrator and the appropriate Division Head to attempt to informally resolve the appropriateness of the vacation change. The meeting shall occur and the decision of the administrator shall be provided within five (5) days of the employee’s request for the meeting. Once an employee’s vacation schedule is submitted and approved pursuant to the above, no change can be made by the employee without submission of an alternate vacation schedule for the date(s) in question. The requested modification(s) shall not be unreasonably denied. An employee who is prevented or prohibited from taking vacation previously approved by the employee’s appropriate administrator shall be permitted to exceed by that amount the vacation cap amount for the school year in question, and shall be granted a preference the following year in scheduling vacation so as to assure the employee’s ability to schedule sufficient vacation to reduce the employee’s vacation accumulation below the vacation cap amount. Employees may request such relief from the vacation cap amount by submitting the District request form and must receive pre-approval in writing by the Superintendent or designee. In any year in which an employee is subject to furlough days, and is also in excess vacation accrual status, the following shall apply as part of the usual permissive cap relief procedure: the District shall upon the employee’s filing a request for waiver on the appropriate from grant vacation cap relief in an amount not less than the number of furlough days assigned for that school year, but not more than the number of days needed to remain under the cap.
Scheduling Changes i) Barring unforeseen circumstances an employee requesting an exchange of posted time will submit the request electronically with acceptance by the employee willing to exchange shifts at least two (2) days in advance of the requested change. Any change, when initiated by the employee, shall, before implementation, require the prior written approval of the appropriate Director/Manager/Delegate. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
ii) Changes to the posted schedule will be requested 7 days in advance. Changes to the posted schedule will only be considered electronically and require approval by the manager or designate. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. An employee requesting a change to a posted schedule shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the request has been made in accordance with the scheduling provisions.

Scheduling Changes. LICENSEE must notify UNIVERSITY of any changes to the event schedule as stated in this contract at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the event. Any notification of schedule changes given to the UNIVERSITY less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the event may be implemented at the OLA 10/14/15 (NJJ) discretion of the UNIVERSITY. LICENSEE shall not alter the event schedule outside of the time restrictions set forth in this contract without written consent from UNIVERSITY. The PREMISES are available to LICENSEE for other uses on a space-available basis for programs, meetings, conferences, or other educational activities. The UNIVERSITY reserves the right to re-assign space as needed.
Scheduling Changes. Family Achievement Center realizes the parent/legal guardian or caregiver’s time is important, and it is our sincere intention to honor all appointment times. On rare occasions, a delay or emergency will occur and we may need to delay or reschedule the patient’s appointment. If this occurs, notification will be given as early as possible. To expedite this process, we ask the parent/legal guardian/caregiver to provide us with a daytime telephone number for notification purposes. Family Achievement Center reserves the right to provide the client with a different therapist in the event the regularly-treating therapist is unavailable due to illness, vacation, etc.

CLIENT acknowledges it has been reasonably informed of scheduling demands regarding availability of the crews and equipment necessary to enable CONTRACTOR to timely commence, and to efficiently continue and complete the Work and that CONTRACTOR has reasonably relied upon CLIENT's representations concerning the availability of permits. If for any reason beyond the sole control of the CONTRACTOR commencement or continuation of the Work is unreasonably delayed, then CONTRACTOR may, at its election, either (1) terminate this contract; (2) reschedule the Work, taking into consideration interference with prior, interim and subsequent commitments undertaken by CONTRACTOR; and/or (3) charge a standby fee, specified in the Job Supplement, for each day or portion of a day that the Work is not commenced or the Work cannot be continued in the reasonable judgment of CONTRACTOR. In the event of early termination, CLIENT nevertheless agrees to pay CONTRACTOR for all services, expenses and other

Should this notice not be provided, the Employee shall be paid at one and one-half (1 ½ X) times for all hours worked on the first day of the changed schedule. DEL (b) For Food Services employees only, 13.04 (a) shall not apply and changes in the work schedule and the allocation of additional hours (not regularly scheduled) may be offered on the basis of the following equal factors – employee skills, availability, category and seniority, and mutually agreed to by the employee and the supervisor.
