Cancellation or Rescheduling. If, by mutual agreement, UAS and SERRC agree to cancel this course with less than two weeks’ notice, a 15% rescheduling fee will be applied to cover UAS instructor preparation time and administrative expenses. It will be the responsibility of SERRC to notify and coordinate with all course participants in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of this course. If UAS has to cancel classes due to an elevation in the City and Borough of Juneau’s COVID risk level or because of a government mandate, the cancellation and rescheduling fee will be waived.
Cancellation or Rescheduling. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of any Services, in whole or in part, Supplier, as soon as reasonably practicable, shall stop all related work and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its suppliers and subcontractors to stop all related work. SPANSION’s liability with respect to any cancellation or rescheduling is limited to:
(i) all Product and all work-in-process that exists at the time Supplier is notified of such cancellation or rescheduling;
(ii) Excess Inventory resulting from such cancellation or rescheduling in accordance with this Agreement;
(iii) actual, non-recoverable costs incurred by Supplier prior to cancellation or rescheduling pursuant to an Order or a Statement of Work, provided that Supplier substantiates the amount of such costs through documentation that is reasonably satisfactory to SPANSION; and
(iv) any other amounts payable under the applicable SOW. SPANSION - ChipMOS CONFIDENTIAL SPANSION - ChipMOS Assembly and Test Services Agreement Supplier shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to limit SPANSION’s liability in this regard in accordance with Section 7. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Applicable Statement of Work, SPANSION shall have no other liability or responsibility arising out of any cancellation or rescheduling of Services except as stated above.
Cancellation or Rescheduling. 11.1 Should the Client cancel or reschedule the Training or Project/Hourly Services, we shall be immediately entitled to payment for:
11.1.1 100% of our fees if cancellation or rescheduling takes place within 7 days or less of the date of the training course or service delivery date

7.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
Cancellation or Rescheduling. 8.1 Should you cancel or reschedule any scheduled visits or Services we shall be immediately entitled to payment up to 100% of our fees if cancellation or rescheduling takes place within 7 days or less of the date of the Commencement Date.
8.2 For any cancellations that occur 8 days or more before the Commencement Date. We reserve the right to levy reasonable cancellation charges, including but not limited to, any administration costs, procurement costs, loss of contract and loss of profit, against the Client and these shall fall due for payment immediately.
8.3 We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any Services that require a visit. Where such notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge for this rescheduled visit and any expenses incurred as a result. We will endeavour to reschedule the visit to meet the Client’s preferred date(s) and time(s), however we cannot guarantee this will be possible.
8.4 If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel or reschedule a visit, we shall notify you immediately. We shall endeavour to keep such changes to a minimum and shall seek to offer you arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances. If the session must be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, we shall return all sums paid relating to the visit within 14 days.

Cancellation or Rescheduling. Buyer may request changes, including rescheduling or canceling, of either all or a portion of an Order for a catalog Product. Seller reserves the right to reject any change or cancellation to an Order for a catalog Product requested by Buyer or to accept such and assess a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Further, Seller reserves the right to assess a twenty five percent (25%) restocking or rescheduling fee for all orders returned or rescheduled between 7 to 12 months past the Order delivery date. No returns will be allowed past 12 months old. Changes, rescheduling, or cancellation of custom Orders must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the ship date and must be preapproved in writing by an authorized official of Seller. Seller reserves the right to reject any change or cancellation of a custom Order. Any change or cancellation of a custom Order accepted by Seller will be subject to a change or cancellation fee equal to the estimated cost and profit, including Seller’s time and materials, incurred by Seller associated with such custom Order.

Cancellation or Rescheduling. Customer must give Transcendent advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to cancellation or rescheduling to allow Transcendent to schedule our billable consultants appropriately. Failure to give adequate notice will result in charges to Customer for all expenses or time incurred up to the point of cancellation.
