Career Assistance Services. STAR Program participants may receive career assistance services, including individual career counseling. These services will be provided by an outside contractor chosen by the STAR Panel. Consulting teachers may recommend career assistance services for participating teachers to the STAR Panel. The STAR Panel will decide whether such services shall be provided and for what period of time after reviewing the consulting teacher’s recommendation and consulting with the participant’s building principal or program manager.

Career Assistance Services. Following the Separation Date, Executive will be eligible to participate in a 6-month executive career transition service offered by the Company's service provider, provided that Executive initiates use of their services within 3 months of the Separation Date. Except as set forth in this Agreement or as required by federal or state law and/or under the terms of any of the Company’s qualified plans, this Agreement sets forth the full extent of severance and benefits to which Executive is or may be entitled as a result of the separation of Executive’s employment with ICF, and Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation relating to Executive’s employment or separation from employment; provided, however, that the vesting and exercisability of equity grants issued by the Company to the Executive shall be governed separately by the terms, conditions and other limitations of the ICF International, Inc. 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended, or successor plans thereto, and, further provided for the avoidance of doubt, the parties agree that the Executive’s employment with the Company and its affiliates shall be deemed to have ended as of the Separation Date. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Severance Benefits set forth in this Agreement are in full satisfaction of, and are not in addition to, the severance payments and benefits under the Letter Agreement.

Related to Career Assistance Services

  • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company.   • Outplacement Assistance 14.1 Following a termination of employment, other than for Cause, the Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the costs of all outplacement services obtained by the Executive within the one-year period after the Effective Date of Termination; provided, however, that the total reimbursement shall be limited to an amount equal to $100,000.
