Carryforward. Pursuant to Section 211(4) of the Illinois Income Tax Act, the Company may carryforward any Unused Credit and apply it to its Illinois State Income Taxes imposed in the five (5) Taxable Years following the Taxable Year in which there is Unused Credit so long as the Company is in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to the limitations on the total amount of Credits for all Taxable Years, as set forth in Sections IV.B through IV.D.
Carryforward. The excess of all of the RSUs that are not forfeited over the RSUs that are earned as of March 10, 2011 following the application of Sections 2.1(i)(A) through (D) (the “Carryforward Units”), may be earned on March 10, 2011 based on attainment of measures for the calendar year 2010 determined by the Committee. The measures will be delivered to the Participant in writing by March 31, 2010. Any RSUs that are unearned as of March 10, 2011 after giving effect to this Section 2.1(i)(E) shall, subject to section 2.2, remain unearned and shall be forfeited in accordance with Section 2.3. 1 This model reflects the performance-based schedule for persons who were employees prior to March 10, 2007. For employees hired on or after March 10, 2007, the First Tranche Units shall be subject to vesting on the First Vesting Date as to only a pro-rata portion based on the number of full and partial months the employee was employed between March 10, 2008 and March 9, 2009. Any First Tranche Units remaining unvested following the First Vesting Date (regardless of any pro rata vesting in the first year) shall be eligible for vesting in accordance with the same schedule as pre-March 10, 2007 employees. The schedule and targets are subject to change following the 2007 grant program.
Carryforward. A PSAP may carry forward distributions for eligible expenditures for capital outlay, capital improvements, or equipment replacement if shown pursuant to subsection (f) of this section. The 911 Board may allow a PSAP to carry forward a greater amount without changing the PSAP's distribution. Amounts carried forward to the next fiscal year from distributions made by the 911 Board may not be used to lower the distributions in subsection (a) of this section unless:
(1) The amount is greater than twenty percent (20%) of the average yearly amount distributed to the PSAP in the prior two years; or
(2) The amount in subsection (a) of this section is modified based upon the Board's expenditures for statewide 911 projects or the PSAP's migration to a next generation 911 network.
Carryforward. All of the First Tranche Options, Second Tranche Options, Third Tranche Options and Fourth Tranche Options that continue to be unearned on March 10, 2011 following the application of Sections 2.1(i)(a) through (d), may be earned on March 10, 2011. The measures and a schedule of the number of Options that may be earned based on attainment of such measures (which are determined by the Committee) will be delivered to the Participant at the time, or shortly after, this Agreement is executed. Any Options that are unearned as of March 10, 2011 after giving effect to this Section 2.1(i)(E) shall, subject to Section 2.2, remain unearned and shall be forfeited in accordance with Section 2.3. (f)
Carryforward. Customer acknowledges that if for any reason whatever (including without limitation a fall in yield rates or other cause outside of Customer’s independent control) it does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Activities allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid, Customer shall not have the right to carry forward any unused Activity allocation into any subsequent Cypress fiscal quarter.
Carryforward. Customer acknowledges that if for any reason whatever (including without limitation a fall in yield rates or other cause outside of Customer’s independent control), except for the case where Cypress does not meet its M/I commitment as defined in Appendix 3 during any Cypress fiscal quarter, it does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Activities allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid in ARTICLE 2.2(a), Customer shall not have the right to carry forward any unused Activity Allocation into any subsequent Cypress fiscal quarter. In the case where Cypress does not meet its M/I commitment defined in Appendix 3 during any Cypress fiscal quarter and the Customer does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Activities allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid in ARTICLE 2.2(a), Customer shall have the right to carryforward up to the Activity Allocation minus the ratio of the M/I actually received over the M/I committed multiplied by the Activity Allocation. For the avoidance of any doubt, this carryforward does not relieve the Customer of any minimum payment allocation for the Activity Commitment.

Customer acknowledges that if for any reason whatever (including without limitation a fall in yield rates or other cause outside of Customer’s independent control), except for the case where Cypress does not meet its M/I commitment as defined in Appendix 3 during any Cypress fiscal quarter, it does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Engineering Hours Commitment or the Engineering Tech Hour Commitment allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid ARTICLE 3.1, Customer shall not have the right to carry forward any unused Engineering Hours into any subsequent Cypress fiscal quarter. In the case where Cypress does not meet its M/I commitment defined in Appendix 3 during any Cypress fiscal quarter and the Customer does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Engineering Hours allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid in ARTICLE 2.2(a), Customer shall have the right to carryforward up to the Engineering Hour Allocation minus the ratio of the M/I actually received over the M/I committed multiplied by the Engineering Hour Allocation. In the case where Cypress does not meet its M/I commitment defined in Appendix 3 during any Cypress fiscal quarter and the Customer does not use during any Cypress fiscal quarter the Engineering Tech Hours allotted to it by Cypress as aforesaid in ARTICLE 2.2(a), Customer shall have the right to carryforward up to the Engineering Tech Hour Allocation minus the ratio of the M/I actually received over the M/I committed multiplied by the Engineering Tech Hour Allocation. For the avoidance of any doubt, this carryforward does not relieve the Customer of any minimum payment allocation for the Engineering Tech Hour Commitment.
Carryforward. Eligible Expenses may include expenses Incurred by a Member in the last 31 days of an Agreement issued to the Plan by Allianz Life of NY immediately preceding this Agreement if the applicable Attachment Point was not reached with respect to that Member under that preceding Agreement.
Carryforward. If, in any calendar quarter, Costs exceed Gross Proceeds, the amount of Costs in excess of Gross Proceeds shall be carried forward and treated as Costs in the next succeeding calendar quarter, and this process shall continue from quarter to quarter until all Costs have been recovered against Gross Proceeds.
Carryforward.
