Cash Out of Vacation. The employee shall be allowed to cash out up to eighty (80) hours of accumulated vacation time each year when the employee requests vacation time and is denied, and such denial causes a reasonable expectation on the part of the employee that accumulated hours of vacation time belonging to the employee will be lost.
