CASH PAYMENT IN LIEU OF VACATION LEAVE. An employee who has completed the equivalent of 365 calendar days of employment who leaves the Department service for any reason shall be paid at the hourly rate as set forth in Section 6.C. for unused vacation accrued to the date of separation, provided that such entitlement shall not exceed vacation earned during the two years of employment preceding such separation.
