Food Service Employees School year food service employees shall be entitled to the following paid vacation schedule:
Office Employees The normal work day shall consist of a scheduled period of seven (7) hours of work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The normal work week shall consist of five (5) such days, Monday to Friday inclusive. Any clerical Employee assigned to work in the Public Works Yard Office will have his/her hours of work adjusted to coincide with the finishing time of outside Employees.
DNR Employees An employee of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the employee completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the employee meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.
Seasonal Career Employment Leave without pay may be granted to seasonal career employees during their off- season.
Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.
Contractor Employees 10.1 Details of any individuals employed by contractors working in the school.
Urgent Care Services All Medically Necessary Covered Services received in Urgent Care Centers, Retail Clinics or your Primary Care Physician’s office after-hours to treat an Urgent Medical Condition will be covered by AvMed. Any request for reimbursement of payment made by a Member for services received must be filed within 90 days or as soon as reasonably possible but not later than one year unless the Member was legally incapacitated. If Urgent Medical Services and Care are required while outside the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii, it is the Member’s responsibility to pay for such services at the time they are received. TIME EMPLOYEES 61.01 Definition Part-time employee means an employee whose weekly scheduled hours of work on average are less than those established in Article 24 (Hours of Work) but not less than those prescribed in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act.
Auxiliary Employees (a) An auxiliary employee shall receive a letter of appointment clearly stating their employment status and expected duration of employment.
