Payment for Compassionate Leave. (a) If an employee takes a period of paid compassionate leave, the employer must pay the employee, other than a casual employee, at the employee’s base rate of pay for the employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.
(b) Casual employees are entitled to unpaid compassionate leave
Payment for Compassionate Leave. (other than for casual employees)
Payment for Compassionate Leave. When you qualify for paid compassionate leave in accordance with this clause you will be paid at the rate of pay applicable to you immediately before the period of compassionate leave begins.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. An Employee, other than a casual Employee, who takes leave in accordance with this Clause will be paid at the Employee's Ordinary Rate of Pay for up to 2 days. For casual Employees, compassionate leave is unpaid.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. (i) Full-time and part-time Employees receive paid Compassionate Leave and casual Employees receive unpaid compassionate leave.
(ii) Full-time and part-time Employees are paid at the Ordinary Hourly Rate for the ordinary hours they would have worked during the leave.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. If, in accordance with this clause, an Employee takes a period of compassionate leave, the Company will pay the Employee at the Employee’s Ordinary Rate of Pay for what would have normally been the Employee’s ordinary hours of work in the period.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. An employee who qualifies for paid personal leave in accordance with this clause will be paid the amount that they would reasonably have expected to be paid had they worked during the period of absence.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. (other than for Casual Employees) An Employee, other than a Casual Employee, who takes paid compassionate leave, is entitled to be paid at their salary for ordinary hours of work in the period in which the compassionate leave is taken.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. Where a Permanent Employee takes paid compassionate leave, they will be paid at their Ordinary Hourly Rate for the ordinary hours of work they would have ordinarily worked during the leave.
Payment for Compassionate Leave. When an employee takes compassionate leave, Ego must pay the employee, for the period of the compassionate leave, the employee’s ordinary base rate of pay in Clause 2 for ordinary hours of work.
