Common use of Casual Illness Clause in Contracts

Casual Illness. Provided the Employee is not then absent from work due to illness, pursuant to Clause 25.01, the Employee shall be entitled to General Illness Leave at the specified rates of pay in accordance with the following sub-clauses based on the calendar year, and the application of such General Illness Leave shall be as set out in accordance with Clause 26.03:

Casual Illness. Provided An Employee at the Employee is not then absent from work due to illness, pursuant to Clause 25.01, the Employee commencement of each year of employment shall be entitled to General Illness Leave at the specified rates of pay in accordance with the following sub-clauses based on the calendar yearSub clauses, and the application of such General Illness Leave shall be as set out in accordance with Clause 26.0321.03:

Provided the Employee is not then absent from work due to illness, pursuant to Clause 25.01, the Employee shall be entitled to General Illness Leave at the specified thespecified rates of pay in accordance with the following sub-clauses based on the calendar year, and the application of such General Illness Leave shall be as set out setout in accordance with Clause 26.03:

Provided the Employee is not then absent from work due to illness, pursuant to Clause 25.0127.01, the Employee at the commencement of each year of employment shall be entitled to General Illness Leave at the specified rates of pay in accordance with the following sub-clauses based on the calendar yearSub- Clauses, and the application of such General Illness Leave shall be as set out in accordance with Clause 26.0327.03:
