Common use of Catastrophic Leave Committee Clause in Contracts

Catastrophic Leave Committee. The Catastrophic Leave Committee is comprised of three representatives from CSEA as voted by the CSEA unit. Additionally, the committee will include a non-voting CSEA representative from the payroll department to be determined by the Business Department management to act as an advisor as needed. Each year CSEA will submit a memo to the Santa Xxxx County Office of Education Human Resources Director with the names of the Committee Members.
