Catastrophic Leave Committee. The approval committee shall consist of a representative of the District, CSEA Chapter 420 President or designee, and a CSEA Chapter 420 member appointed by the CSEA Executive Board. 14.15.5.1 The committee shall review and approve or deny the request. Human Resources shall notify the bargaining unit member of the committee’s decision. 14.15.5.2 The denial notification must include the reason for denial.
