Common use of Catastrophic Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Catastrophic Sick Leave. An employee who is suffering from a catastrophic illness or injury, who has used all accumulated sick leave, may request donations of accrued sick leave credit consistent with Board Policy 4161.
