Degree Recognition a. Eligible Employees earning a Bachelor of Arts/Science degree post-employment shall be recognized for obtaining a degree from an accredited school, unless Employee’s job description requires a degree, by being awarded additional pay of $500.00 annually.
Degree Recognition. Associate’s Degree: $100 per month Bachelor’s Degree: $125 per month Master’s Degree: $150 per month
Degree Recognition. Degrees attained in an area of study related to current job duties shall receive the following monthly payment. The Degree Recognition shall be non-cumulative, and compensation will only be awarded for one degree, at any given time.
Degree Recognition. Full-time members who, after the effective date of this agreement, obtain a related academic degree beyond what is specified in the band and level classification of their position, and subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor or chairperson, the responsible Executive Leadership Team member and the Human Resources Director, will receive a one-time payment not added to base of $2,250 for a Bachelor’s Degree; $3,000 for a Master’s Degree; $3,750 for a Doctoral Degree. Part- time members will receive a one-time payment not added to base salary of the same amounts, based on the related degree earned, prorated according to their FTE status designation. Payment will be made following submission of official transcripts from a regionally accredited institution and approval of appropriate parties.
Degree Recognition. 1. Bargaining unit employees who, after the effective date of this agreement, earn a certificate or degree that is job related and beyond what is specified in the band and level classification of their position shall receive a onetime payment not added to base of $400 for a certificate, $600 for an Associates, $800 for bachelors, $1,000 for masters. The certificate or degree must require at least 30 credit hours.

Degree Recognition. Employees who possess a related Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree as of the effective date of this Agreement, or employees who obtain a related Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree after the effective date of this agreement, will receive a one-time payment as follows:
Degree Recognition. 9.9.1 A $500.00 stipend will be paid at $50.00 per month over 10-month payments for unit members who have a Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. The stipend will be paid during the months of September through June.
