Common use of Ceremonial Leave Clause in Contracts

Ceremonial Leave. An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working days unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employer.

An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander indigenous tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten 10 working days unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employerNDNS.

Ceremonial Leave. ‌ 36.1 An employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working days unpaid leave in any one year, with the approval of the employer. 36.2 Ceremonial leave does not accrue from year to year.

An Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander employee who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander cultural tradition to be absent from work for Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes will be entitled to up to ten working 10 days unpaid leave in any one yearyear for this purpose, provided leave is granted only with the approval authority of the employerDirector.

Ceremonial Leave. An employee Aboriginal or Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander employee, who is legitimately required by Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander tradition traditional law practices to be absent from work for Aboriginal ceremonial, cultural or community purposes, is entitled to a maximum of 10 days of unpaid leave per annum that may be taken as Ceremonial Leave. Approval must be sought and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander ceremonial purposes given by the Chief Executive Officer prior to taking such leave and, if requested by the employer, evidence, the form of which will be entitled to up to ten working days unpaid leave in any one yearstipulated at the time, with must be provided by the approval of the employeremployee.
