Certification and Accreditation. (C&A) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support
3.3.1.4.1 The Contractor shall support C&A migration to A&A as well as A&A efforts to include, but not limited to, Authority to Operate (ATO), Interim ATO (IATO), Interim Authority to Test (IATT), and Interim Authority to Connect (IATC). (CDRL A009)
3.3.1.4.2 The Contractor shall support Interim Progress Reviews on all A&A documentation at intervals of one hundred ninety (190), one hundred five (105), and eighty-five (85) days prior to reaccreditation. (CDRL A009)
3.3.1.4.3 The Contractor shall support the overall objective of submitting final documentation for reaccreditation of systems no later than seventy-five (75) days prior to expiration date.
Certification and Accreditation. In order to receive reimbursement, each facility of the THP must meet Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) certification and CMS conditions of participation, or must have accreditation through the Joint Commission or Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Heath Care (AAAHC). THP shall submit certification and accreditation information to VA upon written request within 15 business days.

Certification and Accreditation. (a) Upon the Department obtaining Certification by the Massachusetts Police Accreditation Commission, Officers shall receive eight (8) hours of FLSA time during any fiscal year during which Certification status is awarded and maintained.
(b) Upon the Department obtaining Accreditation by the Massachusetts Police Accreditation Commission, Officers shall receive an additional eight (8) hours of FLSA time. Officers will, therefore, be awarded sixteen (16) hours of FLSA time in any future fiscal year(s) during which the Accreditation status is maintained.
Certification and Accreditation. 17.1 Where relevant to the kind of Service being procured, we will make available to Participating Parties securityQrelated assurance documentation for the Services. For SaaS services, for example, the nature and volume of this documentation for each Service:
(a) depends on the securityQrelated assurance tier that each Service Provider selects when applying to have its SaaS services listed in the MarketplaceT and (b) may include third party information and reports. Our provision of the documentation referred to in this clause 17.1 is intended to centralise the availability of assuranceQrelated documentation and make it easier for Participating Parties to certify and accredit certain kinds of Services, such as SaaS services, for their particular uses. Despite clause 17.1, you retain your own responsibility (where applicable) for:
(c) certifying each Service (e.g., a SaaS service) you use for your intended purpose(s), except where we do so centrally and you are willing to rely on our certificationT and
(d) accrediting the Service for your intended purpose(s), in accordance with the New Zealand Information Security Manual. We and you will each appoint some contacts to ensure there is someone to talk to when needed.

Our provision of this documentation is intended to centralise the availability of assurance-related documentation and make it easier for Participating Agencies to certify and accredit certain kinds of Services, such as SaaS and other information communication technology services, for their particular uses.
18.2 Despite clause 18.1, you retain your own responsibility (where applicable) for:
(a) certifying each Service (e.g., a SaaS service) you use for your intended purpose(s), except where we do so centrally and you are willing to rely on our certification;; and
(b) accrediting the Service for your intended purpose(s), in accordance with the New Zealand Information Security Manual. We and you will each appoint some contacts to ensure there is someone to talk to when needed.
Certification and Accreditation. 3.3.1.1 The following applies to HSG: ALTHOUGH THE SOFTWARE MAY HAVE BEEN CERTIFICATION TESTED AND ACCREDITED BY THE DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (DIA) OR OTHER DESIGNATED ACCREDITING AUTHORITY (DAA), AND MAY HAVE COMPLETED A SYSTEM SECURITY PROFILE BY THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY (NSA), FORCEPOINT DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE SECURITY PROTECTIONS AFFORDED BY THE RELEVANT SOFTWARE VERSION. IT IS THE LICENSEE’S OBLIGATION TO COORDINATE ALL SECURITY-RELATED ACTIVITIES WITH THE COGNIZANT INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY MANAGER (ISSM) OR DAA.
3.3.1.2 The following applies to SimShield, TGS, TTC and WebShield: ALTHOUGH THE SOFTWARE MAY HAVE BEEN CERTIFICATION TESTED AND ACCREDITED BY THE DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (DIA) OR OTHER DESIGNATED ACCREDITING AUTHORITY (DAA), AND MAY HAVE COMPLETED A SYSTEM SECURITY PROFILE BY THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY (NSA), FORCEPOINT DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL PROMISES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE SECURITY PROTECTIONS AFFORDED BY THE SOFTWARE VERSION. IT IS LICENSEE’S OBLIGATION TO COORDINATE ALL SECURITY-RELATED ACTIVITIES WITH THE COGNIZANT INFORMATION SYSTEMS SECURITY MANAGER (ISSM) AND/OR DAA.
