Certification/License Incentive Pay a. Employees who obtain and maintain one of the following licenses or certificates, or others approved in writing by the City Manager, which enhances the employee’s ability to do his or her job, shall receive premium pay in the amount of 5% of the employee’s base salary. The premium pay is not stackable and shall not exceed 5% of the employee’s base salary regardless of the number of certifications or licenses held.

  • Requiring Minimum Compensation for Covered Employees a. Contractor agrees to comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions of the Minimum Compensation Ordinance (MCO), as set forth in San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12P (Chapter 12P), including the remedies provided, and implementing guidelines and rules.
