CHALLENGE Rules. Refer to the Phase 1 LunaRecycle Challenge Official Rules as issued by PARTNER for CHALLENGE overview, rules, and definitions. This rulebook may be amended by PARTNER from time to time and is incorporated herein by reference.
CHALLENGE Rules. (a) Each high altitude balloon launched by a Team for the Competition must carry at least a GPS device and a camera to take photographs or video footage. In order to be eligible to be a Winner, Teams must submit at least one photograph taken during the Competition to the Organizer by email to the Contact Person (as defined below) listed in Section 6.3 on or before the end of May, unless local Law requires delay due to weather, in which case the Team Leader must contact the Contact Person within a reasonable period of time, but in no event later than the end of May. All photographs submitted may be used by the Organizer on terms pursuant to Section 4.3 below. (b) The specific criteria on which Teams will be judged is available at the Website and shall be incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the Website and the provisions of this Agreement, the latter shall prevail. (c) Each Team is responsible for meeting Federal Aviation Administration airspace regulations, or equivalent regulations for a given area. This includes notifying the appropriate authorities before launch, as applicable in Team’s launching jurisdiction. (d) The Organizer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, implement such additional terms and rules (herein or xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/) as it deems appropriate to administer the Competition. Such amended rules shall become Rules and shall be binding on Teams as if set forth fully herein. (e) The final interpretation of all Rules is at the discretion of the Organizer and the Judges. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Judges or number of Judges involved in the Competition at any time and for any reason.

CHALLENGE Rules. The Challenge consists of eating the 4x Extreme Spicy Sukiyaki Bibimbap in twenty (20) minutes. The 4x Extreme Spicy Sukiyaki Bibimbap is a hot, fried rice dish containing rice, beef, onion, green onion, red bell pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, Spicy Miso Jalapeno sauce, ichimi powder, and butter. The 4x Extreme Spicy Sukiyaki Bibimbap is equal to approximately four (4) regular Sukiyaki Bibimbaps. Contestants must be timed by a Gyu-Kaku employee. Contestants who fail to finish the entire bowl within the allotted time frame will be charged $35.00 for the price of the meal. Grounds for automatic disqualification: assistance from others, restroom breaks, and regurgitation. If Contestant attempts the Challenge in bad faith and is deemed to have participated solely to receive the discount and dining credit, Gyu- Kaku has discretion to disqualify Contestant and charge full price for the Extreme Spicy Sukiyaki Bibimbap. Challenge valid at the following locations only: Beverly Hills, CA; Boston (Brookline), MA; Chicago (Streeterville), IL; East Village, NY; Kapiolani, HI; Willowbrook, TX.

CHALLENGE Rules a. Additional technical specifications, rules and other details not already covered in this Agreement may be provided by CAFE to TEAM at the time of registration. Technical specifications, rules and other details covered in this Agreement may be subject to future changes and updates by CAFE at its sole discretion. IMPORTANT: Each Team must build two wing cuffs for its Vehicle in advance, according to the detailed instructions posted on the CAFE Foundation Website: (xxxx://XXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/v2/pav_pavchallenge_rules.php) This wing cuff must be shipped to CAFE by June 15, 2008 in order for CAFE to inspect and modify it as needed. In addition, before arrival at the CAFE Flight Test Center for the 2008 CHALLENGE, TEAM must: 1) Pre-install and obtain FAA-approval for cabin camcorder mount, sealed-off "T" fittings to the pitot tube, static port and manifold pressure hoses and belly mount BlueBox whip antenna. (Detailed instructions for which will be provided by CAFE to registered TEAMs.) 2) Obtain appropriate FAA and log-book documentation of any required equipment list changes, transponder/encoder certification, A-D compliance, annual inspections and modifications. b. Vehicle must meet or exceed all Minimum Eligibility Requirements (MERs) during its Flight Attempts at the CFTC. To be eligible for any prize(s), Vehicles must successfully complete all Flight Attempts and demonstrate performance that meets or exceeds the pertinent MPRs in the Appendices.
