Annual Inspections. An annual inspection will be conducted for all Tenants. Tenants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the annual inspection. At least one inspection shall be conducted of all occupied units, structures and systems using the Uniform Property Condition Survey (UPCS).
Annual Inspections. The Property Owner shall allow the Economic Development Administrator to complete annual inspections of the facade. The Economic Development Administrator will document their annual inspection in writing and provide a copy of the annual inspection to the Property Owner.
Annual Inspections. During each year of the Term after the first anniversary of the Commencement Date, Lessor shall have the right to inspect the Leased Property and all systems contained therein at any reasonable time to determine Lessee’s compliance with its obligations under this Lease, including those obligations set forth in Article VII herein. Lessee shall be responsible for the costs of such inspections, which costs shall not exceed on an annual basis the sum of $2,000.00.
Annual Inspections. The Company agrees that it will voluntarily submit to a minimum of one (1) annual inspection by the Police, Fire, Health and Building Departments to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement and other local approvals. This provision shall not preclude the Town or any of its departments from conducting inspections at other times during the year to address enforcement matters.
Annual Inspections. BHA shall conduct an annual living unit inspection in accordance with BHA policy; Resident will receive a copy of the living unit inspection and one copy will be placed in Resident's file;
Annual Inspections. Annual inspections will be conducted for all residents. Residents will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the annual inspection. The CHA shall inspect the condition of the dwelling unit, the equipment within, and any areas assigned to the resident for upkeep. The CHA will provide the resident with a written statement regarding dwelling unit conditions. Further, the CHA shall request work orders for all items found to be in disrepair.
Annual Inspections. Housing occupied by a family receiving tenant-based assistance under this section must meet the requirements set forth in 24 CFR 982.401. The Recipient must inspect the housing initially and re-inspect it annually.
Annual Inspections. The Commis- sioner shall inspect each project at least annually in order to determine compliance with the housing quality standards. At least 30 days prior to the inspection, the Commissioner shall no- tify any tenant representatives, or if none exist, the Commissioner shall pro- vide the owner with a notice to be post- ed in each affected building, stating the time and date of the inspection and advising any interested tenants that they may accompany HUD personnel on the inspection and/or submit any comments they may have on the phys- ical condition of the project. The Com- missioner shall notify the owner of any deficiencies within 30 days following the inspection. The owner shall have 90 days from the date of such notification to correct any deficiencies cited by the Commissioner and shall promptly no- tify the Commissioner when such defi- ciencies have been corrected. The Com- missioner shall reinspect the project upon such notification or, if the owner does not notify the Commissioner, upon the expiration of the 90-day pe- riod.
Annual Inspections. The Owner, at its expense, shall be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of trail and recreational stations located on the Property or directly associated with the property improvements (Recreation Facilities) to ensure the facilities function properly. Owner shall inspect the Recreation Facilities at least monthly and submit a written inspection report to the Arden Hills City Engineer for review on March 1 and July 1 each year. Owner shall promptly complete maintenance and repairs to the Recreation Facilities based on findings from the monthly inspections or as directed by the City Engineer. Inspections shall be completed by a qualified person with formal training in recreation and facility management practices. Annual Recreation Facilities inspections shall include, but are not limited to, the following items.
Annual Inspections. 14.6.1 The Department will reimburse the Provider at a fixed rate of $120 for each annual inspection the Provider conducts within their home county.
14.6.2 The Department will reimburse the Provider conducting inspections in county only upon prior approval by the Department, at a fixed rate of $130 for each annual inspection the Provider conducts in county.
