Change of Investigator. If ceases to serve as Participating Investigator under this Agreement a mutually agreed substitute shall be designated within thirty (30) days.

Change of Investigator. Should Investigator leave the Institution or otherwise become unavailable during the term of this Agreement, PHRI shall cooperate with Institution to find a replacement investigator who is acceptable to both Institution and PHRI. Institution shall require the replacement investigator to agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions hereof. Notwithstanding this, PHRI may elect not to approve any person proposed as a replacement investigator, in which event PHRI shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with ARTICLE 10 (Termination). 1.12
