Change Requested. Cardno is submitting this supplemental as a result of changes that have occurred within the project area as well as to INDOT-Environmental Policy over the course of the project. Due to the recent construction visible on September 2020 imagery in the northern half of the project, the hydrology may have changed enough to significantly reduce the size of the wetlands in the project area. Cardno recommends that the City revise the delineation to reflect current conditions, which may provide significant cost and time savings during permitting. Based on the original delineation, current impacts to wetlands are 0.98 acre. As the IDEM regulations stand now, we would assume mitigation would be required at a 1:1 ratio at about $85,000/acre ($83,300). As of April 1, 2021, INDOT has updated their Categorical Exclusion Manual, including a new form for submittal. This change of scope includes updating the completed environmental documentation to meet the current INDOT guidelines. Following submittal of the AJD materials, Cardno will act as your agent and track the AJD throughout the review process. After coordinating with the Client, Cardno will prepare a Waters of the State Determination (WOSD) request and materials for submission to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Cardno will provide the IDEM a copy of the Regulated Waters Delineation Report and USACE JD as part of this task.   • Change Request Either Landlord or Tenant may request Changes after Landlord approves the Approved Plans by notifying the other party thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “Change Request”), which Change Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested Changes, including (a) the Change, (b) the party required to perform the Change and (c) any modification of the Approved Plans and the Schedule, as applicable, necessitated by the Change. If the nature of a Change requires revisions to the Approved Plans, then the requesting party shall be solely responsible for the cost and expense of such revisions and any increases in the cost of the Tenant Improvements as a result of such Change. Change Requests shall be signed by the requesting party’s Authorized Representative.

  • Change Requests 4.1.1. Either party can request changes to the Service.

  • PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Employee-Requested Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed at the employee’s request and with the Employer’s approval, provided the Employer’s business and customer service needs are met and no overtime expense is incurred.

  • Other Requested Information Promptly following any request therefor, such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Borrower or any Subsidiary (including, without limitation, any Plan or Multiemployer Plan and any reports or other information required to be filed under ERISA), or compliance with the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request.

  • Previous Experience 31.01 New employees will be classified according to previous comparable experience for the purpose of establishing wage rates. The Co-operative shall not be required to recognize previous experience of new employees who have not worked in the same or similar business in the past two (2) years. Recognized credit for previous experience shall be applicable to qualifying employees commencing with the first working day following completion of said employee's probationary period. 31.02 It shall be the responsibility of the employee to supply proof of their previous experience prior to the completion of their probationary period. Otherwise, all claim for credit for previous experience shall be forfeited by the employee. 31.03 In the event of any disagreement as to credit granted for previous experience, such disagreement shall be considered a grievance, and the Grievance Procedure provided in the Agreement shall apply.

  • Modification in Writing No amendment, modification, supplement, termination or waiver of or to any provision hereof, nor consent to any departure by any Pledgor therefrom, shall be effective unless the same shall be made in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and unless in writing and signed by the Collateral Agent. Any amendment, modification or supplement of or to any provision hereof, any waiver of any provision hereof and any consent to any departure by any Pledgor from the terms of any provision hereof in each case shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which made or given. Except where notice is specifically required by this Agreement or any other document evidencing the Secured Obligations, no notice to or demand on any Pledgor in any case shall entitle any Pledgor to any other or further notice or demand in similar or other circumstances.
