Common use of Chapter Officers Clause in Contracts

Chapter Officers. The Board agrees to provide up to a maximum of twenty four (24) contact hours total reassigned time per year to the Union. No more than six (6) contact hours reassigned time may be assigned to any single faculty member during a semester. For faculty members who are part of the Student Development or Library faculty, reassigned time shall be equivalent to one (1) clock hour equaling 0.75 contact hours.
