Characteristics of the Service. The Bankin application offers a tool for online bank account, which is reserved for the personal use of each User. It enables You to use a secure application to view all of the bank accounts You hold with different banks and the transactions registered on these accounts. The Service offered by Perspecteev utilizes raw, unenhanced data. The Bankin application can be used to reorganize the data according to a structure that is specific to the application. Bankin Users are the sole owners of the data. Users have lawful access to the data and are freely entitled to exploit it.
Characteristics of the Service. The service will be provided at the risk and benefit of the entrepreneur, in accordance to the terms and conditions established in this document. Instituto Xxxxxxxxx will just provide the premises (only the structure) for the service of cafeteria, the installation and or contracting of all services, connections and supplies, need to be done by the selected bidder. The selected company will assume any definitive conditioning and decoration works, general installations, as well as the provision of equipment and furniture (with its corresponding installation) that are necessary for proper running of the service. All installations to be carried out by the successful bidder, whether equipment, installations, decoration, etc; will be removable, and will require prior written authorization from Instituto Xxxxxxxxx. Under no circumstances it is authorized to install any kitchen appliances that involves fire. Similarly, the selected bidder will be responsible for all the necessary belongings (utensil items, furniture, etc.) for the correct functioning of the service, which must be previously authorized by Instituto Xxxxxxxxx. In addition, the contractor will assume the management of purchases and provision of complementary materials and services that are necessary to carry out the service that is subject of this agreement. The opening hours of the cafeteria are set according to the opening hours of the center and are, initially, as follows: • Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. • Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These may be modified by agreement, taking into consideration the activity of the center. The staff required for the service, as well as other workers that may be temporarily needed, will be hired directly by the contractor, with payment of all obligations derived from these contracts being the responsibility of the contractor, and in no case will that people have any employment or contractual relationship with Instituto Xxxxxxxxx. The staff assigned to the service must have a high level of English. In any case, Instituto Xxxxxxxxx reserves the right to request a change in the people assigned to the service, always and whenever wither a 3 business days prior request. The cafeteria will remain closed during the days the center is closed (approximately 20 days per year).
