CHARGING POINTS. 6.1 Upon receipt of the Final Price, You may either install the private charging point (“Private Charging Point”) by following the guidelines provided under the Private Charging Point installation manual or request Ather or its Retail Partner to install the Private Charging Point. In the event, You place a request for installation, Ather or its Retail Partner’s representatives will inspect Your preferred location for installation of the Private Charging Point. Ather or its Retail Partner may make adjustments, or suggest a more suitable location basis the inspection, and further determine the requirements for installation. In the event the installation is a non-standard installation as determined by Ather or its Retail Partner in its sole discretion, such installation may incur additional charges. Ather or its Retail Partner will notify You of such charges and inform You as to how You can make the required payment to Ather or its Retail Partner. Ather or its Retail Partner will not be able to perform a non-standard installation until such time as the additional charges are paid by You at actuals

CHARGING POINTS. In order to be covered by the Services, the Charging Stations and private Charging Points must meet the communication standards required for the Platform (OCPP communication protocol) and be equipped with a SIM card. SIM cards are provided by XXX and delivered – within Belgium – at XXX’s own expense, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement or any other agreement between EDI and the End-User. The installation of the SIM cards in the Charging Station or private Charging Point, the adjustment of the Charging Station or private Charging Point to the possibility of communication with the Platform and the performance of integration tests are the responsibility of the End-User, unless otherwise specified in the Agreement or any other agreement between EDI and the End-User. The End-User also bears the costs of telecommunication services connected to the Charging Station or private Charging Point communication with the Platform. SIM cards remain the property of XXX. Hosting Subscription Services may be rendered only after prior proper installation - by CSO - of the SIM card and integration of the Charging Point with the Platform (including the integration test conducted by CSO, where required).

  • Undercharging and Overcharging (a) If we undercharge you for any reason, then we can require you to make a correcting payment. However, if you are a customer who consumes not more than 160 MWh of electricity per annum and we undercharge you due to an error, defect or default for which we or Western Power Networks are responsible, we can only require you to make a correcting payment for amounts undercharged in the 12 months prior to the date that we advise you that you have been undercharged and, if you are a residential customer, we will offer you the option to pay the correcting payment by instalments. If you are a customer who consumes more than 160 MWh of electricity per annum, then we can recover the amount of any undercharge subject to and in accordance with applicable laws, including the Energy Operators (Powers) Xxx 0000 (WA).
