Charging Your Account. When you transmit a payment request, you authorize us to charge your designated account on the date we process the payment (e.g., the day we initiate payment by an ACH entry or pay a check). We may treat online checks with the same effect as if you had signed them. You may not stop the payment of an online check once the transaction has been posted to your account.

Charging Your Account. In addition to our rights under applicable law and our Deposit Account brochure, we may deduct fees, overdrafts and other amounts you owe us (including, but not limited to, transaction amounts from returned transactions) under this Agreement from your accounts with us or our affiliates except as prohibited by law. Your Password and User ID. You must establish a Password and User ID (collectively, the "Credentials") to access the Service and your Account information at Bank. Your Credentials will never expire, but you may change them at any time. You authorize us to follow any instructions you or your authorized agent enters through the Service using your Password. Because your Credentials can be used to access money and information about your Accounts, you should treat your Credentials with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your automated teller machine (ATM) card, personal identification number (PIN) or other sensitive personal financial data. You agree not to give your Credentials, or make it available, to any person not authorized to access your Accounts. You may also be asked your personal security questions to access the Service. You are solely responsible for all transactions conducted using your Credentials.
Charging Your Account. When you transmit a payment request ("Order"), you authorize us to charge your account for the payment. If your account does not have enough available funds to cover a payment, we may reject the transaction. We may charge a fee for each payment request presented against insufficient available funds, whether or not we honor the request. You assume the sole responsibility for providing us with accurate payment information in the form and format that we require. We are not responsible for confirming such information, or for monitoring or refusing to process duplicate Orders. If you give us an Order that is incorrect in any way, you agree that we may charge your account for the payment whether or not the error could have been detected by us. We are not obligated to detect errors in your transfer or payment instructions.

Charging Your Account. You authorize Us to charge the Account You designate for each Transaction and You will have a sufficient available balance in the Account for this purpose. Refer to Sections 2 through 4 below for more information on the posting of Transactions. If any Transaction You request exceeds the sufficient available balance in the Account either at the time You request the Transaction or at any later time that Your Account is scheduled to be debited, We need not make such Transaction and will not be liable to You if We don’t. If We elect to make such Transaction, an overdraft will be created.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor. You may request that we stop the payment of a convenience check drawn on your account. You agree to pay any fee imposed to stop a payment on a convenience check issued on your account. You may make a stop payment request orally, if permitted, or in writing. Your request must be made with sufficient time in advance of the presentment of the check for payment to give us a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. In addition, your request must accurately describe the check including the exact account number, the payee, any check number that may be applicable, and the exact amount of the check. If permitted, you may make a stop payment request orally but such a request will expire after 14 days unless you confirm your request in writing within that time. Written stop payment orders are effective only for six months and may be renewed for additional six month periods by requesting in writing that the stop payment order be renewed. We are not required to notify you when a stop payment order expires. If we re-credit your account after paying a check or draft over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to assign to us all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check or draft and to assist us in any legal action. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, damages, or claims, related to our honoring your stop payment request or in failing to stop payment of an item as a result of incorrect information provided to us or the giving of inadequate time to act upon a stop payment request.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Your Account If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that RSA is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. RSA and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. Children Under Thirteen RSA collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. RSA collects this information for the following reason(s): We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our Web site. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Agreement.
