Substance Use Disorder Services As part of this demonstration Project, in addition to the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services described in Charts B and C, above, FFP is available under the demonstration for the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services described in Chart D, below. By providing improved access to treatment and ongoing recovery support, EOHHS believes individuals with SUD will have improved health and increased rates of long-term recovery. These SUD services will contribute to reduced use of the emergency department and unnecessary hospitalizations. As is currently the case, MassHealth anticipates that the Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Abuse Services (BSAS), which is the single state authority on SUD services, continue to fund primary prevention efforts, including education campaigns and community prevention coalitions. Intervention and initial treatment will be available to MassHealth members, as described below, in a number of different settings (as set forth herein) and allow for a bio-psycho-social clinical assessment, based on the ASAM principles, to gain an understanding of addiction severity, co-occurring mental health issues and trauma, physical health issues, family and social supports, housing stability and other issues.   • Promissory Notes Any Lender may request that Loans made by it be evidenced by a promissory note. All in-warranty parts that are defective and not required to be returned to the Seller MUST NOT be scrapped until a warranty credit is issued. Special circumstances may dictate that a certain item must be returned to the Seller for analysis. Care must be taken to avoid premature disposal of any part(s) prior to authorization or issuance of a credit note.

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above.   • Outstanding Notes The Notes outstanding at any time are all the Notes authenticated by the Trustee except for those canceled by it, those delivered to it for cancellation, those reductions in the interest in a Global Note effected by the Trustee in accordance with the provisions hereof, and those described in this Section 2.08 as not outstanding. Except as set forth in Section 2.09 hereof, a Note does not cease to be outstanding because the Company or an Affiliate of the Company holds the Note; however, Notes held by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company shall not be deemed to be outstanding for purposes of Section 3.07(a) hereof.
