Charter Bus Runs. Bus drivers will be paid for all hours worked for charter runs that begin immediately before or after scheduled bus runs. That is, drivers will be paid for their scheduled hours and hours beyond regular schedule time will be paid as charter time. Charters requiring a driver to make a third trip to work during the day will provide a minimum guarantee of two hours.

For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.

  • Articles of Incorporation The articles of incorporation of the Company in effect at the Effective Time shall be the articles of incorporation of the Surviving Corporation until amended in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
