Christmas Break The break between Christmas and New Year’s shall be accountable time for all faculty and shall not require attendance on campus. In areas of the University that must, by the nature of their work, operate on a more or less continuous basis, such as the Libraries, Admissions or Counselling, the administrator responsible on consultation collectively with all available regular and non-regular type 2 members in division, shall recommend to the employer suitable levels of operation to be maintained during this break.
Christmas Day Easter Tuesday shall be observed as a Public Holiday in lieu of Easter Saturday and any work performed on Easter Saturday shall be paid at ordinary Saturday penalty rates. Should Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Australia Day or ANZAC day fall on a weekend, the following Monday, or other day as agreed shall be taken in lieu.
Christmas Closedown 15.1 It is agreed that whenever annual leave is taken in conjunction with the Christmas/New Year period (as per Calendar in sub-clause 2.11), it is to be taken in accordance with the following procedure.
CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.
Christmas/New Year’s Scheduling K-1 Employees will receive at least five (5) consecutive days off at Christmas or New Year's. The Hospital will provide time off from the completion of the night shift the day before the holiday that the Employee is granted (either Christmas Day or New Year's Day). Christmas will include Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day and New Year's will include New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day. Where an Employee requests not to be scheduled off five (5) consecutive days at Christmas or New Year’s, such an Employee is to put her/his request in writing to the Clinical Manager.
Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
Christmas Period Article 16 relating to scheduling during this period will apply, except as modified to confirm that the weekend shift employee will continue to work weekends during this period.
Yeah Well I mean I think look, we (done all the credit checks) within the last 12 months. So and I’ve been throw all the accreditation process very recently. And I’ve been talking to the Registrar Liaison Team about, you know, the entire experience. I mean the - I’d actually go so far as to say I mean at the moment the way it is, it’s - there are quite a lot of checks. You do have to basically state that, you know, you’re not a criminal. That you haven’t done this, you haven’t done that as Xxxxx rightly points out. If you were to start writing in very specific clauses and it would probably cause more problems then it would actually solve because don’t forget ICANN is in many respects very much an American centered organization in terms of references that are posed in a lot of these documents are very, very much American centered. And while under our European law we as a company are required to comply at a much higher level than what would seem to be the case for some of our American counterparts. The manner in which that is actually checked in an American context versus the way it can be checked with an European context is very, very different. So I’d be against, very much against the idea of prescribing anything far too specific because I can just see it causing more headaches. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx: Okay, any other comments on this? Let me suggest on this one that there really are two parts here. One is the due diligence part prior to accreditation. And as Xxxxx said, that application appears to be under review. And I assume Xxxx that you or your Compliance Team is involved in that review. Xxxxx Xxxx: We are Xxxxx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx: Okay. So that’s - that may not be an RAA issue strictly speaking. As far as the second - after someone has been accredited, I think the question is the specificity with which ICANN’s ability to audit is spelled out and whether for example there ought to be a specific provision on that. Because again under Section 3.14 I do believe we have the authority here to initiate any reasonable contractual compliance audit on any of the terms and conditions.
