Common use of Citizen Complaints Clause in Contracts

Citizen Complaints. An employee shall not be subject to disciplinary action in excess of a written reprimand on the basis of a citizen complaint about the employee=s conduct, unless the complaining citizen is willing to identify himself to the City and is willing to provide a written statement recounting the employee=s conduct.
