City Facilities Collection. Company shall Collect and dispose of all Solid Waste generated and Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials accumulated at Premises owned and/or operated by City at no additional charge, including Bulky Waste items placed for Collection by City. Such Premises include, but are not limited to, the City Facilities listed on Exhibit 5, offices, parks, street maintenance operations, and street litter Containers. Collections shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by Company and City. Company will provide all Containers required.

City Facilities Collection. Contractor shall collect all Solid Waste generated at Premises owned and/or operated by the City, at no charge to the City other than as part of the Contractor's Payment. Contractor shall make such collections Monday through Saturday, and in cases of emergency, if requested by City, on Sunday. The facilities to be provided service initially, together with the type and frequency of service, are listed on Attachment l to Exhibit A, which Attachment may be modified or expanded by City. Contractor shall provide additional waste collection and consulting services entailing: • collection of Solid Waste from all City-owned sidewalk litter containers; • collection of beverage containers and other Recyclable Materials from special events; • collection of Recyclable Materials from facilities owned and operated by the City, other governmental agencies and community service organizations identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2. • collection of Solid Waste from litter containers in City parks, if requested by City; • Review of plans for new development with regard to Solid Waste service issues; all in accordance with the standards and requirements set out in Exhibit A, Section 1.07 (City Facilities).
City Facilities Collection. The Company shall collect, transport and dispose of all Solid Waste generated at public facilities identified in Exhibit 3 according to the specified service levels and collection frequency. The Company shall make collections from containers Monday through Friday or on Saturdays following non- working holidays. Collections from bins and debris boxes shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by the Company and City. The Company shall provide, at City’s direction, additional Solid Waste services entailing:

  • LIS Entrance Facilities 7.3.1.1.1 Recurring and nonrecurring rates for LIS Entrance Facilities are specified in Exhibit A and will apply for those DS1 or DS3 facilities dedicated to use as LIS.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES The Association shall be permitted to use City facilities with prior Management approval for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities are available to other organizations and individuals, and to the extent that such use of the facility will not interfere with normal departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time unless other arrangements are made with management. If the use of a facility normally requires a fee for rental or special set-up, security, and/or cleanup service, the Association will provide or assume the cost of such service(s) or facility.

  • Sanitary Facilities - Construction 5.1 Closets shall be soundly constructed and roofed with weatherproof material. The floor of each closet shall be well drained and constructed of concrete, bricks and cement, or of other approved materials which shall be impervious to water. Every closet shall be well lighted by natural or artificial light and shall be ventilated. Each closet shall have a hinged door, capable of being fastened on the inside, lift seats/flaps and toilet paper. If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Commitment Charge; Credit (a) The Borrower shall pay a commitment charge on the unwithdrawn amount of the Loan at the rate and on the terms specified in the Loan Agreement.

Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
