City Facilities Collection. Contractor shall Collect and dispose of all Solid Waste generated and Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials accumulated at Premises owned and/or operated by City at no additional charge, including Bulky Waste items placed for Collection by City. Such Premises include, but are not limited to, the City Facilities listed on Exhibit X, offices, parks, street maintenance operations, and street litter Containers. Collections shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by Contractor and City. Contractor will provide all Containers required.

City Facilities Collection. Contractor shall Collect and dispose of all Refuse, Recyclable and Green Waste material put in Containers for Collection at Premises owned and/or operated by the City now and in the future at no charge, including no charge for locking Bins or other special services. Contractor shall ensure a sufficient number of Solid Waste Containers are provided at all City facility locations to meet Collection needs. Service levels and number of facilities serviced may increase during the Term of this Agreement without any additional compensation paid to the Contractor. Such Premises include, but are not limited to, City Hall, City offices, parks, community facilities, and the City yard. Contractor is responsible for Collection of material City crews may Collect from other locations and deposit in City facility Solid Waste Containers, including but not limited to material from public litter Containers at parks and the Civic Center Entertainment area, and from Special Events. Collections shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by Contractor and City.
City Facilities Collection. Contractor shall collect all Solid Waste generated at Premises owned and/or operated by the City, at no charge to the City other than as part of the Contractor's Payment. Contractor shall make such collections Monday through Saturday, and in cases of emergency, if requested by City, on Sunday. The facilities to be provided service initially, together with the type and frequency of service, are listed on Attachment l to Exhibit A, which Attachment may be modified or expanded by City. Contractor shall provide additional waste collection and consulting services entailing: • collection of Solid Waste from all City-owned sidewalk litter containers; • collection of beverage containers and other Recyclable Materials from special events; • collection of Recyclable Materials from facilities owned and operated by the City, other governmental agencies and community service organizations identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 2. • collection of Solid Waste from litter containers in City parks, if requested by City; • Review of plans for new development with regard to Solid Waste service issues; all in accordance with the standards and requirements set out in Exhibit A, Section 1.07 (City Facilities).
City Facilities Collection. Franchisee shall, without charge or compensation, collect solid wastes including recycling materials and green waste materials located at City-owned or leased facilities and locations. City also has the option, without charge or compensation, of bringing Green Waste to the Franchisee Solid Waste Transfer Station located at 0000 X. Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, for collection by Franchisee, or any similar transfer station owned by Franchisee.
City Facilities Collection. The Company shall collect, transport and dispose of all Solid Waste generated at public facilities identified in Exhibit 3 according to the specified service levels and collection frequency. The Company shall make collections from containers Monday through Friday or on Saturdays following non- working holidays. Collections from bins and debris boxes shall be scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by the Company and City. The Company shall provide, at City’s direction, additional Solid Waste services entailing: 4.3.3.1. Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Green Waste from City facilities and parks; 4.3.3.2. Provision of debris box service as directed by City; and, 4.3.3.3. Review of plans for land use or property developments with regard to Solid Waste service issues. At the option of the City, exercised in writing, these additional services may be provided at no charge to the City but shall be reimbursed to the Company through the Service Rates charged other service recipients.
