Class Information. Defendants agree to provide the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel relevant data and information, to which it has reasonably non-burdensome and legal access sufficient to confirm the membership in the Class and the accuracy of the Class List. If an individual who is not on the Class List receives a notification regarding the Settlement before the Final Approval Hearing, and that individual notifies the Parties of the individual’s desire to take part in the distribution from the Settlement Fund, the Parties will meet and confer regarding adding that individual to the Class List. If the Parties agree to add that individual to the Class List, he or she shall become a Settlement Class Member for all purposes under this Agreement. Class Counsel understands that there may be data privacy, data ownership, and other contractual and legal restrictions and regulations in various jurisdictions, including those in which Class Members may reside, and Defendants agree to use their reasonable best efforts to provide such data and information in a format, manner and protocol as reasonably defined by the Settlement Administrator, consistent with legal obligations, and as approved by the Parties. The Representative Plaintiff, Class Counsel, and Settlement Class acknowledge and agree that Defendants are providing the Class List to Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator solely for the purpose of effecting the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and that the Class List (and information derived from the Class List) shall not be used, disseminated, or disclosed by or to any other person for any other purpose. By creating the Class List, Defendants are not admitting liability with respect to the Settlement Class Members or that the Court could certify a class in a contested litigation posture. If the Settlement Agreement is terminated for any of the reasons identified in this Settlement Agreement, the Representative Plaintiff, Class Counsel, and Settlement Administrator shall immediately destroy any and all copies of the Class List and any materials substantially re-creating the information in the Class List.
Class Information a. Drawing & Painting classes are 50-minutes in length.
b. Ceramics classes are 80-minutes in length.
c. Students enrolled in the Drawing & Painting Program will alternate between a drawing and a painting class.
d. There is no guaranteed number of completed pieces per year. Each student has a unique set of abilities and according to those abilities they will paint/draw/build at their own pace.

Class Information. Within fourteen (14) calendar days after the execution of this Settlement Agreement, Defendants will provide the Claims Administrator with a list, in electronic form, containing the following information for Plaintiff and for each member of the FLSA Class: (1) any required deductions set forth within Defendants’ payroll records (e.g., garnishments, tax liens, child support); (2) any updated mailing information (3) the punch and pay data; and (4) the complete social security number for each member of the Settlement Class. By that same time, Plaintiff’s Counsel will provide the Claims Administrator with any updated contact information for members of the FLSA Class. The Parties stipulate and agree that they will each cooperate and use their best efforts to provide the Claims Administrator any information the Claims Administrator requests in order to facilitate its duties and obligations set forth in this Settlement Agreement.
Class Information. As a teacher you’ll need to enter the class name and possibly the names of the students in your class. It is the teacher’s choice what they enter here: for example, teachers could enter Xxxx S or Xxxx Xxxxx. If a teacher is part of an Educational Institution, the classes they set up in ClassBank will be shared with teachers and Educational Institution Staff at the Educational Institution. As a teacher you can review student job applications and send students transactions. These applications and transactions cannot be viewed by the general public through our Service. These applications and transactions can only be viewed in ClassBank by the receiving student or students (in case of a group submission), teachers in the class, Educational Institution Staff at the teacher’s institution.
Class Information. Within seven (7) calendar days after the Court enters a Preliminary Approval Order, Class Counsel will provide the Settlement Administrator with a list, in electronic form, that has previously been provided by to Class Counsel by Defendant containing the following information for Plaintiffs and for each Collective/Class Member: name, last known address, last known telephone number(s), last known email address(es), Social Security Number, hourly rate of pay paid by Defendant, the overtime hourly rate paid by Defendant, number and location by state of shifts during the Closed Period, and number and location by state of hitches during the Home to Hitch Period. The Parties agree that Defendant will reasonably cooperate to provide any additional information requested by the Settlement Administrator to Class Counsel that has not previously been provided to Class Counsel.
Class Information. Courses run from Monday to Friday and are scheduled in the morning and/or afternoon depending on location. EC reserves the right to change timetable structure. EC reserves the right to use classrooms in alternative premises of a similar standard. Special focus classes, free language workshops and language activities may vary between centres and are subject to change due to availability. One-to-One lessons are dependent on availability of staff and classroom space and will be scheduled accordingly. Lessons may be offered outside of regular class times and are subject to teacher and classroom availability. One-to-One lessons reserved with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated Any class, One-to-One that is cancelled by EC will be entitled to a full refund. English in the City - some activities outside of the classroom may incur extra costs for transport and/or admission. All activities which include extra fees are optional and students may opt out if they choose not to pay the extra fees.
