CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY. 5.1.1 Classifications and rates of pay are detailed in the Appendices of this Agreement. 5.1.2 In the event that an employee’s classification is not specified in this agreement then that employee’s rate of pay and classification shall be as provided for by the Australian Pay and Conditions Standard.
