CLASSROOM ATTENDANCE a. The minimum class attendance is 75% of the total class sessions per month. Any students who fail to meet the attendance requirement in a certain month are not entitled to the monthly allowance for the subsequent month. b. Only students with a minimum class attendance of 75% of the total class sessions for a semester are eligible to sit for the Final/Achievement test. c. Permission for nor attending a class session are given to the DRI participants only for the following conditions: - illness (a doctor’s written statement must be presented) - Parents/Family visit (allowable maximum class absence is 1 week) - Immigration matters - On duties assigned by the Host University - Other acceptable excuses.

The Teacher should enter the virtual classroom no later than 60 seconds after the beginning of the lesson; leave the virtual classroom no earlier than 60 seconds before the end of the lesson. In case lessons are shorter than 25 minutes or 55 minutes in length, (as per the agreement with the Student) the Agent will have additional administrative and operational costs which will accordingly be reflected by a deduction of the net funds received by the Teacher. b. The Teacher agrees to maintain a lesson attendance rate of 98%. The Teacher acknowledges that failure to do so may result in the termination of the agreements with the Students and a respective termination of this Agreement.

In case the Teacher enters the virtual classroom more than 60 seconds after the start of the lesson, or leaves the virtual classroom more than 60 seconds before the end of the lesson, the School reserves the right to deduct the Teacher’s net earnings under this Agreement for the corresponding type of lesson from the Teacher’s remuneration.
CLASSROOM ATTENDANCE. Since attendance is mandatory, students will not be recommended for a Driver’s Ed Certification if any classes are outstanding. Absenteeism: We realize that there may be times when an absence is unavoidable, but each missed class must be made up in another corresponding session. In addition, each student must bring a note from a parent or guardian explaining the absence. Students with more than 2 days of missed classes will not be permitted to take the final exam until the missed classes are made up.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences. All conference expenses will be the responsibility of the Federation, unless funding is requested and approved through regular District processes for conference attendance.

  • Attendance MPS shall allow any Charter School pupil who meets MPS admission standards to enroll in an MPS School, in accordance with MPS Student Assignment Policies, as amended from time to time, unless such pupil has been expelled from Charter School.

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth: A. All visitors to a school and/or classroom shall obtain the approval of the principal, and if the visit is to a classroom, the time will be arranged after the principal or his designee has conferred with the employee, if possible. B. Whenever possible, the employee shall be afforded the opportunity to confer with the classroom visitor before and/or after the visitation. C. This provision does not apply to administrators and Board of Directors members.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Attendance at Meetings Any employee required to attend Occupational Health and Safety Committee and/or Board of Management meetings in the capacity of employee representative shall, if such meetings are held outside the ordinary hours of work, be entitled to receive ordinary pay per hour for the actual time spent in attendance at such meetings. In lieu of receiving payment, employees may, with the agreement of the employer, be permitted to be free from duty for a period of time equivalent to the period spent in attendance at such meetings. Such time spent shall not be viewed as overtime for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.
