Attendance Requirement. Naturally, the Employer will expect the Employee to work at the time he or she is scheduled at the location he or she has agreed to. Some events may occasionally prevent this from happening (i.e. a severe traffic jam in multiple areas) thus rendering the Employee unable from fulfilling this obligation. The Employer can set up a certain number of days when the Employee is allowed to not show up yet face no repercussions by defining this number in the space provided. XVI. Disability (54)
Attendance Requirement. If a Party fails to send a representative to two or more Approval Authority meetings in a calendar year, the Approval Authority may remove that Party as a member of the Approval Authority by a two-thirds vote. In the event of such a vote, the party in question will not be eligible to vote on said issue.

It is understood that employees in this unit may be required to be in attendance and working during scheduled performances in the Marin Center facilities and, if so required, will be compensated by the user of such facilities at the Theatrical Stage Employees’ prevailing wage rates. Attendance Requirement. We are requiring everyone participating in the recital to attend a minimum of 9 out of the 14 classes. If a child misses more than 5 classes they will not be allowed to participate in the recital. We want to recital to be a rewarding experience for all dancers and do not want to put someone on stage that is not properly ready to perform. Attendance Requirement. (a) Effective September 1, 2001 and thereafter, in cases of excessive absence, employees who require a medical certificate to cover each absence may be removed from their assignment and placed as unassigned floaters. These employees shall be used for replacement coverage for twelve (12) months. At the end of the twelve (12) month period, if the employee’s attendance improves so that the employee is absent no greater than twelve (12) days per school year for short term absence, the employee may post for the level of classification that the employee was removed from. Notwithstanding an employee’s posting rights, the employee may not post for the same school the employee was removed from. If the attendance has not improved, the employee will remain as an unassigned floater. If the employee has not improved their attendance after the second year as an unassigned floater, the Board will review the employee’s employment status having regard to any applicable statutory requirements.

If emergency/circumstances arise which prevent a participant from attending all or any portion of ONE SESSION, the participant may be excused from attending all or a portion of one session. If for any reason a class member misses TWO SESSIONS, he/she will not be eligible to graduate that program year.

I have read the Attendance Requirements in the L SD Manual. I agree to participation as described. I will make every effort to attend the program in its entirety. I understand the reasons for not becoming a LSD graduate or removal from the program. If for any reason I am unable to attend any part of a session, I will notify a Program Director in advance. In addition, I agree to be respectful of my classmates, presenters and tour guides, and the LSD directors and program by being fully present during sessions and not being disruptive during the sessions (i.e. walking out of a session; using cell phone, iPad, or laptop during a session).
Attendance Requirement. Mandatory and Variable Flex Day attendance shall be accounted for by the Division Deans.
