Clean-up Time. 37 Employees occupying labor, trades or craft positions, or whenever it is 38 essential for other employees to clean up or change clothes before being presentable 39 upon leaving work, shall be granted not more than a fifteen (15) minute personal clean-up 40 time prior to the end of each shift. The County shall provide the required facilities for the 41 employee's clean-up time. Neither party to this Agreement shall construe "clean-up time" 42 to mean "quit-early time" or "leave-early time".
