CO-OPERATION AND COMMUNICATION. Teamwork (a) In keeping with the intent of this Agreement, greater emphasis will be placed on training employees to enable them to be responsible for the quality and quantity of the work carried out within their control. (b) A Consultative Committee will be elected by a valid majority of the employees bound by this Agreement. Such election shall be held concurrently with the ballot related to the making of this Agreement. Communication (c) To improve the information flow and feedback to employees, regular staff meetings are to be held. The aim of these meetings is to communicate to employees the Company’s progress in relation to profitability (ie. increased/decreased sales, productivity), quality issues, reinforce good work practices and positively deal with problem issues. (d) To ensure the success of this initiative, it is essential that all Company employees treat each other in a respectful and cordial manner. Co-operation will be the key which will lead to the continued growth and viability of the Company and subsequent job security for employees. Problem solving within the Company (e) (1) Any matter giving rise to a concern by an employee, other than a termination of employment, shall in the first instance be raised with the employee’s xxxxxxx or supervisor by the employee, the nominated employee representative, or jointly; (2) If after a reasonable time the issue is not resolved the employee and/or the employee representative, may take the concern to the appropriate manager for resolution; (3) If the appropriate manager is unable to resolve the concern then it shall be referred to the Manager Human Resources in an attempt to resolve it. If this is unsuccessful the Company and the employee shall agree the most appropriate next step to try and resolve the issue; (4) If the matter is still not resolved, it shall be referred to the AIRC for conciliation; (5) At all times during the above process both parties shall talk in good faith and work shall continue as normal.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Computing and Communication Party shall select, in consultation with the Agency of Human Services’ Information Technology unit, one of the approved methods for secure access to the State’s systems and data, if required. Approved methods are based on the type of work performed by the Party as part of this agreement.

  • Fund Communications The Service Provider shall, upon request by the Fund, on each business day, report the number of shares on which the transfer agency fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Provider shall also provide the Fund with a monthly invoice.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - DST shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when DST or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following: i. Escalation Procedures - An escalation procedure that includes notification to senior managers and appropriate reporting to regulatory and law enforcement agencies. This procedure shall provide for reporting of incidents that compromise the confidentiality of Fund Data (including backed up data) to Fund via telephone or email (and provide a confirmatory notice in writing as soon as practicable); provided that the foregoing notice obligation is excused for such period of time as DST is prohibited by law, rule, regulation or other governmental authority from notifying Fund. ii. Incident Reporting - DST will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that DST has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.

  • Notices and Communication Any notice or other communication that either party gives relating to the purchase of the Products by the Company shall be made in writing and given either by hand, first class recorded postal delivery, or electronic mail to a previously designated authorized individual or facsimile transmission.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - DST shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. DST shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications. The parties acknowledge that instructions or communications conveyed by electronic methods such as facsimile or e-mail are not secure forms of communication and may accordingly give rise to higher risks of manipulation or attempted fraud.
