Coach a. The Resident Educator Program Coordinator (Director of Curriculum and Instruction) will select, assign, and oversee coaches for resident educators participating in the Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA). The Superintendent retains the right of approval or disapproval of any assignment.
b. Whenever possible, the coach and Resident Educator should be employed in the same building, grade level and/or certified/licensed in the same subject matter. Barring unforeseen and unique personnel qualifications, attempts will be made to avoid assigning more than one (1) Resident Educator at a time.
c. In addition to the responsibilities established by the Committee and any responsibilities set forth in ODE guidelines, the Coach’s responsibilities will be as follows: Year 3: Facilitate and support the Resident Educator in preparing for the summative assessment. Year 4: Facilitate and support the Resident Educator to “re-take” deficient portions of the summative assessment and facilitate Resident Educator participation in professional and leadership activities.
Coach. Healthy Gamer shall designate and appoint a coach who shall provide the Coaching Services and who shall act as a liaison between Client and Healthy Gamer.
Coach. A mentor can support CCAP candidates by holding hands, calming nerves, emphasizing abilities, providing encouragement, reinforcing strengths, and cheering spirits.
Coach. Responsibilities include following budgetary procedures in the coordination of overall district-wide forensics program including coaching and working with staff and assistant coach preparing district-wide tournament schedules and transportation; arranging for travel resources. Maximum Stipend: Four (4) tournaments per semester. Proportional Stipend: One-quarter (1/4) of maximum stipend per tournament.
Coach. The Partnership's self-propelled mobile vehicle manufactured by the Calumet Coach Company, Calumet City, Illinois, upfitted to house a Lithostar(TM).
Coach. As of 7/1/09 all current faculty shall be considered hired under one or more of the above jobdescriptions. Job descriptions for all positions shall be kept by Human Resources.
Coach. We understand that a neutral coach is often jointly hired by the participants in a Collaborative case to assist in the management of communications and to provide participants and counsel with input and support. If we hire a coach in this case, we shall retain him/her jointly and ensure her/his payment. We agree that the coach (1) may meet with us individually, jointly, and/or with our counsel, (2) shall not be required to testify if the Collaborative Process fails and our case proceeds in court, and (3) would be disqualified from participation in any such court proceedings. We agree that hiring any such coach shall be done in a written agreement in which the coach confirms her/his acceptance of the applicable terms of this Agreement.
Coach. A coach assists parties in preparing for joint meetings, managing emotions, improving communication, developing co-parenting skills, and managing tasks.
Coach. Coach" means Coach, Inc., a Maryland corporation. In all such instances in which Coach is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the Coach Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise; Coach shall be solely responsible to Xxxx Xxx for ensuring that each member of the Coach Group complies with the applicable terms of this Agreement.
Coach. In order to model continued professional development for all District employees and promote a culture of improvement, the School Board shall annually provide funds through the adopted budget for the Superintendent to be provided with a Coach/Mentor to assist the Superintendent to ensure his success. The amount allocated shall not exceed $50,000 per year.
