The Supplier shall only deploy reliable personnel for those goods and services and shall obligate any sub-suppliers to take equivalent security measures. 14.3 In addition to other rights and remedies the Customer may have, the Customer may terminate the contract in case of breach of the obliga- tions under section 14 by the Supplier. However, provided that the Supplier’s breach of contract is capable of remedy, the Customer’s right to terminate is subject to the proviso that such breach has not been remedied by the Supplier within a reasonable grace period set by the Customer.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct At all times during the term of this Agreement, Seller will comply with the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct"), as amended by Apple from time-to-time, available from Apple’s public website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/supplier-responsibility/. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.
