Collection of PII. Except for collections, uses or disclosures that are specifically authorized by Consumers in accordance with Section 2(b) of Appendix A, PII collected from Consumers may be used only for the Authorized Functions specified in Section III.b of this Agreement.

PII collected from Consumers, Applicants, Employers, Employees, Qualified Employers, Qualified Employees, and Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative in the context of completing an application for or enrollment in a QHP, or any data transmitted from or through the Hub, may be used only for the Authorized Functions specified in Section II.a of this Agreement. Such information may not be reused for any other purpose.

Collection of PII. Client consents to Commvault’s collection, use and disclosure of information associated with the Services in accordance with Commvault’s Privacy Policy, and to the processing of Client Data and Client Content in, and the transfer of Client Data and Client Content into, the regions Client selects.

Collection of PII. Customer’s public facing website is via an SD hosted website. As such, visitors’ interaction with the website, and any PII that may be collected by the website, is governed by a Customer provided Privacy Statement which will be linked to the public facing website.
Collection of PII. PII collected from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees and Qualified Employers—or their legal representatives or Authorized Representatives—in the context of completing an application for QHP, APTC, or CSR eligibility, if applicable, or enrolling in a QHP, or any data transmitted from or through the Hub, if applicable, may be used only for Authorized Functions specified in Section II.a of this Agreement. Such information may not be used for purposes other than authorized by this Agreement or as consented to by a Consumer, Applicant, Qualified Individual, Enrollee, Qualified Employee, and Qualified Employer.
Collection of PII. SoftLayer’s collection and use of Reseller’s PII is governed by the Privacy Agreement. Reseller acknowledges that SoftLayer does not collect PII of Customers or Customer End Users and that any such collection (and any liability connected with such collection) is the sole responsibility of Reseller. Reseller authorizes SoftLayer and International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) and its subsidiaries (and their successors and assigns, contractors and IBM Business Partners) to store and use Reseller’s contact information and any of Reseller’s Customers’ or Customer End Users’ business contact information that Reseller provides to SoftLayer wherever they do business, in connection with the SoftLayer Services or in furtherance of SoftLayer’s business relationship with Reseller. If information Reseller provides to SoftLayer includes personal data, Reseller will obtain any consents needed so that SoftLayer can use the information for the intended purpose.
Collection of PII. The Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx privacy policy located at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacy.aspx governs the collection and use of personally identifiable information (“PII”).
