College Services. The CITY shall provide certain automobile repair and maintenance services as specifically set forth in the attached “Exhibit A”, incorporated herein by reference.
College Services. That the required notice periods and booking procedures for Camosun College services will be followed. The User understands that requests for services without the minimum notice period cannot be accommodated. x Internet Access: A minimum of 3 business days notice is required to book internet access. The User will notify the booking agent whether they will be using their own personal laptop or the computer workstation in the room. The User understands that there is a set up charge for every username/password necessary to access Camosun computers and network. x Audio Visual Services: A minimum of 3 business days notice is required to book AV equipment. The User understands that they are responsible for contacting the AV department at 000-000-0000 to arrange set-up orientation, equipment use and rental. x Catering: All catering must be approved by ARAMARK, the exclusive food service provider on campus. The User understands that they are responsible for contacting Xxxxx Xxxxxx at 370-3650 to discuss catering requirements. If Aramark is not able to provide catering, the User will be required to contact the booking agent so that alternative arrangements can be made. The User understands that if alternative catering is arranged, Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) forms must be completed and approved. VIHA forms require a minimum of 1 month notice period. x Parking: Daily parking rate information can be found at xxxx://xxxxxxx.xx/about/transportation/car.html. The User understands that special parking requests must be received no later than 7 business days prior to the event. Last minute changes cannot be accommodated. x Facilities Services: A minimum of 10 business days notice is required to book Maintenance and Custodial staff. During the spring and summer months additional notice is required to ensure adequate staffing.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us.
