Increases to Allowances. Unless expressly excluded in this Agreement, all allowances will be increased on 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024. The amount of the increase will be 3% or the percentage increase stipulated by the FWC’s Minimum Wage Panel, whichever is the greater. Should the FWC stipulate a fixed amount increase allowances will increase by the same percentage as that fixed amount increase bears to the minimum wage.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity.   • Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.

  • Additional Payments Any sums expended by Agent or any Lender due to any Borrower’s failure to perform or comply with its obligations under this Agreement or any Other Document including any Borrower’s obligations under Sections 4.2, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14 and 6.1 hereof, may be charged to Borrowers’ Account as a Revolving Advance and added to the Obligations.
