Commission Plan. 9.1.1. The Partner shall acquire a right to commission only once the Partner has successfully completed the Online Partner Account Opening Procedure, has been verified and approved by the Company and has activated the Partner tracking URL.
9.1.2. The Partner shall acquire a right to commission for the referred clients that have successfully registered with the Company via the Partner Tracking URL. If for any reason, the referred clients have not used the Partner URL Tracker, the Partner shall not be entitled to remuneration for the client’s activity as the client shall therefore not be considered as a Partner’s referred client. However, the said Client and / or the Partner shall be entitled to request the Company to be linked to the Partner by stating the reason why the registration was made without using the Partner URL Tracker. The request shall be sent via registered email. Upon the Company’s written approval, the Partner shall acquire a right on the said referred client’s activity generated from the date of the Company’s confirmation.
9.1.3. The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or replace the Commission Plan that the Partner opted-in at the Online Partner Account Opening stage or after.
9.1.4. The Company shall pay the Partner a commission calculated as per the terms set out in the Standard Commission Plan Appendix (Appendix by default) or as negotiated and agreed between the Parties and set out in the specific Appendix (“Commission Plan”).
Commission Plan. Beginning January 1, 2012, Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s Sales Commission Program (the “Program”). The specific commission plan for which Employee will be eligible will provide for a target commission of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per year at full attainment of target sales. ServiceSource will determine the specific parameters of Employee’s individual commission plan under the Program upon his commencing employment.
Commission Plan. The Advertising Sales Commission Plan will be as outlined in the attached Appendix “F” Letter of Understanding.
Commission Plan. EMPLOYEE acknowledges and agrees that COMPANY may at its sole and unfettered discretion modify the Compensation Plan at any time in the COMPANY's sole and absolute discretion.
Commission Plan. Employee will be eligible to receive commissions on sales revenue from sales generated by the North American Sales organization in accordance with mutually agreed upon compensation plans. Employee's target commission at 100% of target revenue is $125,000 per year. Quotas, commission rates, payment terms and other details of the commission plans will be set forth in a written plan signed by the Company' CEO, CFO and Employee. Commissions equal to the first 3 months of the Commission Plan at 100%, or roughly equivalent to $10,416.66 per month, will be paid in equal installments at the end of each month during the first quarter of employment.
Commission Plan. (i) While employed by the Company, Executive will be entitled to participate in a commission plan maintained for the Executive, in accordance with the terms thereof (the “Commission Plan”).
(ii) The Company will use its reasonable best efforts to establish the Commission Plan within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date.
Commission Plan. As additional compensation (the "Incentive Compensation") for the services to be rendered by the Executive pursuant to this Agreement, the Employer will pay the Executive with respect to each year, or portion thereof, during the term of this Agreement, certain amounts as follows.
Commission Plan. Commission pay will be calculated based on a target commission rate determined by dividing Annual Target commission of $125,000 by the mutually agreed Annual Sales Target (which shall be based on the Annual Operating Plan prepared by Lakeland management and approved by the Board of Directors). For creditable sales in excess of the Annual Sales Target up to 120% of the Annual Sales Target, the commission rate will be 112% of the target commission rate. For creditable sales in excess of 120% of the Annual Sales Target, the commission rate will be 120% of the target commission rate. Upon achievement of the Annual Sales Target, you will also be paid a one-time commission bonus of $40,000 in the immediately following commission payment
Commission Plan. Employee will be eligible to receive commissions on sales revenue in accordance with mutually agreed upon compensation plans. Employee’s target commission at 100% of quota is $25,000 for the fourth quarter of 2001 and $100,000 for fiscal year 2002. Employee will receive commissions at accelerated rates for sales in excess of quota. Quotas, commission rates, payment terms and other details of the commission plan for fourth quarter 2001 are attached as Exhibit A. Quotas, commission rates, payment terms and other details of the commission plan for fourth quarter 2001 will be set forth in a written plan signed by the Company’ CEO, CFO and Employee.
Commission Plan. If Affiliate is qualified, United Games shall pay Affiliate commissions according to the United Games Commission Plan. This United Games Commission Plan is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. Affiliate must be in good standing, and not in violation of this Agreement, to be eligible for any form of compensation from United Games.
