Commitment to Positive Work Environment. The Union and the Employer are jointly committed to creating and sustaining a positive work environment. A positive work environment is characterized by the presence of a group of people, staff and managers alike, who share motivation to achieve common goals, along with job satisfaction for individuals and effective working relationships among group members. The LMC shall make available a list of possible resources and the processes to assist employees and managers with issue resolution. Resources and processes identified and developed by the LMC shall be posted on the Employer’s and the Union’s websites.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Work Environment It is mutually agreed that the prevention of accidents and injuries to state employees will result in greater efficiency of operations of state government. Toward this end, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions and the Union shall fully cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their assigned tasks in a safe manner.

  • Working Environment The Parties agree that a safe and clean working environment is essential in order to carry out work assignments in a satisfactory manner. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommendations activities to support the transition.

  • Safe Working Conditions The Employer undertakes to maintain office furniture, equipment, etc., in a practical and safe condition in order to avoid injury to employees or damage to their attire. Employees, for their part and in their own interest, are expected to advise the Employer of any such potentially injurious equipment.

  • Least Restrictive Environment The Board and the Association acknowledge that the policy of least restrictive environment is legally mandated and intended in the best educational interest of the student. Accordingly, the parties who would fit legal requirements which would involve the use of an Individual Educational Planning Team (IEPT) for placement in the regular classroom must be appropriate to the student’s unique needs as determined by an IEP on an individual basis. For the purpose of this section, such students shall be referred to as “mainstreamed students.”
