Communication and Dissemination Strategy. ‌ In January 2016, the Coordinator submitted to the EU Commission the Revised Communication and Dissemination Strategy Plan (RC&D Strategy Plan), which has basically reaffirmed the same objectives and the vision of the project’s communication strategy. The RC&D Strategy Plan was elaborated by the project’s communication and dissemination agency, namely Formicablu Ltd, with the supervision of the project Coordinator. It listed a number of concrete actions for implementing the dissemination tasks. The communication goals of the RC&D Strategy Plan are: (i) encouraging European universities and research institutions to implement structural changes focused on gender equality; (ii) providing effective tools to include gender dimension into decision making process; (iii) modifying behaviours and practices of those who work in research. Moreover, the Coordinator, with the support of Formicablu Ltd., submitted to the EU Commission two Communication and Dissemination Reports (C&D Reports), one in January 2016 (M24) and the other in January 2017 (M36). The aim of the C&D Reports was to inform the Commission about the progress of project’s dissemination activities. The reports provide analytic figures depicting the C&D impact of the project’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin). Communication and Dissemination Strategy. 3.1 Overall objectives The overall objectives of PARTHENOS’ communication and dissemination activities are to • disseminate effectively the project goals and outcomes, • set up efficient tools for the communication towards various stakeholders (scientific communities, professionals, decisions makers, public, etc.), • exploit synergies in liaisons and collaborations. In order to reach these general objectives, five specific objectives have been identified: • identify and involve internal stakeholders within the partner organisations; • create an affiliate network of external stakeholders (research infrastructures and networks in related fields); • ensure that XXXXXXXXX reaches the core scientific communities in linguistic studies, digital humanities, digital heritage, archaeology and history, as well as professionals in related fields; • raise awareness about PARTHENOS amongst policy makers, funding bodies and major related public institutions; • devise a strategy to involve the general public and attract non-professional audiences.
Communication and Dissemination Strategy. As elaborated in Chapter 3.3, diverse key stakeholders from civil society, business and industry in the district of Johannstadt require different support from the Local Communication Desk of Dresden. Related to Chapter 5.2 there are several ways to support the citizen engagement actions, in particular the options to INFORM, to CONSULT, to INVOLVE, to COLLABORATE with the public and to EMPOWER the public. INFORM In order to increase awareness of all stakeholders, the public will be informed by the C&D Desk. Communication channels used will be the official MAtchUP-website of Dresden (xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxxxxx), Social Media (facebook, twitter), via flyers, via articles and interviews, that will be published in daily newsletters and which can be found on the website, via online newspapers. A six-monthly e-Newsletter will also be implemented to inform the stakeholders directly engaged. The stakeholders will be informed about the developments and benefits of the project and especially about the participation processes in order to reach high levels of participation and increase awareness.

  • Information and Data 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.

  • Dissemination of Policy All members of the contractor's staff who are authorized to hire, supervise, promote, and discharge employees, or who recommend such action, or who are substantially involved in such action, will be made fully cognizant of, and will implement, the contractor's EEO policy and contractual responsibilities to provide EEO in each grade and classification of employment. To ensure that the above agreement will be met, the following actions will be taken as a minimum:

  • Uses and Disclosures Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Contractor may receive from the Exchange Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information in connection with Contractor Exchange Functions that is protected under applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Contractor shall not use or disclose such Protected Health Information or Personally Identifiable Information obtained in connection with Contractor Exchange Functions other than as is expressly permitted under the Exchange Requirements and only to the extent necessary to perform the functions called for within this Agreement.
