Community Benefit Committee Sample Clauses

Community Benefit Committee. (i) A Community Benefit Committee (“CBC”) shall be organized as stated below and hosted by the Developer prior to the commencement of any improvements to the Property. The CBC shall operate until development of the Property is complete. The CBC shall meet quarterly.
